Strengths and Weaknesses
Strengths
Strong Speaker - Cattora is a strong speaker politically, and has a rather convincing tone in her voice that makes people somewhat see her point of view. Her charisma can make her a powerful ally or a deadly opponent when debating with her, or along side her. Evidently, she could sway an opinion of someone to her favour.
Independence from Using the Force - Being in the political scene for a while, she had learned how to not use the force to mix in with her general influence of attempting to get her point across. Therefore, she isn't really reliant on using the force when she is persuading someone to see her point and message.
Organized - As someone who is organized in her choice of words, she isn't really someone who would try to purposefully speak out of context, and always is someone who is on point and to the point.
Weaknesses
Force Feeding - Even if she doesn't really use it that much, Cattora still needs the force to feed off of so she can survive. This flaw is a natural flaw that many of her species shares.
Serpent Tongue - As a person who knows how to speak with such elegance, there is no doubt that she will say things that will piss people off. Cattora's way of speaking and delivering speeches can indeed trigger some of those misguided people even moreso than usual, while influencing others easier.
Slight Xenophobia - Growing up on Talasea, she had learned and heard about the extinction of the previous rulers of her planet. This type of fearmongering leads her to be xenophobic to anyone who would sympathize with their extinction. She is also skeptical of some other alien species that are not human, for indeed, they had caused much trouble in the past, and even a few humans.
Appearance
A 6'1 Trayn'uthh, the woman stands as a tall, imposing figure. She usually is hooded to hide her horns when going away from Talasea but is not seen with her hood on when on that planet, or when in her private quarters. It carries a tradition of secrecy due to not wanting to draw attention from other people, namely humans. For her race is often misinterpreted as a legendary creature that is an obvious sterotype. Cattora has an average chest, as her gender does suggest (since they can't grow large ones unlike females).
Cattora dresses quite fancy with her clothes, usually wearing dresses and has red painted fingernails, which are long. Her horns are shaped with ram horns in addition to top horns, which shows her maturity as an adult of her race. Her eyes are brown, and her hair stretches down towards her upper bottom and her upper stomach.
Background
Early Life
Born over 476 years After the Battle of Yavin, Cattora was too late to witness the extinction of the Valucian race on Talasea and saw the rise of her species becoming the sole dominant species on the planet. She was born during the years of the Galactic Republic during it's dark times, namely the Gulag Plague. This disastrous time was proven quite rough on her and her people. Growing up with a family of owners of a carpentry shop, Cattora was first driven into politics at the (human) age of 13, when she offered to volunteer in the Republic Mission to Assist Talasea. During her service in this Republic assistance, she had learned many aspects of her species' lifestyle, and noticed the corruption right away that was in the system, as more and more of her own kind begun to take advantage that a dark era of their species is finally over. As the new system formed, so did much corruption. The Transitional Planetary Government was full of oligarchs and corrupt business owners who want to invest in the new government's resources. These events is possibly what lead her to become more political.
It's not really clear when she actually entered into politics, but she did became a representative of her town at the (human) age of 21. The way she had influenced many people within made her a very prominent person within the government. Eventually, she would of became a senator when she had grown up. Many years of political service later, and eventually, she reached a pretty high rank in the political scene of Talasea, eventually representing in the Galactic Republic.
When the Republic dissolved, local authority and democracy diminished, and Cattora's life as a senator on her planet begun to grow more turbulent. It was then that one day, where the entire government had voted against a majour effort to help restore the republic was when Cattora drawed the line, and ranted, eventually kicking her out of her job, and drawn her to leave the planet. Even her influence couldn't carry into the politician's minds, and their corrupt practices continued, even further breaking Talasea. But now, it has been years since she had remember the incident. Now in exile, she had begun to travel from place to place, which then eventually, she had met up with this person who was from an effort to restore the Galactic Republic. Taking this as an opportunity, Cattora had came to find this new Republic reformation, and offered to join in the cause.
