Often referred to as 'an old piece of junk', this Lethisk-class Armed Freighter came into Davik Lorso's possession roughly a decade ago. Its former owner was an Outer Rim Cathar crimelord, Shere Cann, that had its fangs clipper and mane shaved by the Republic. His damaged ship went into auction to make up for the damages from trying to arrest him. Davik was a fairly successful bulk freighter first officer at the time, working for a transport corporation, and saw his bid being accepted.
The ship was in such a poor state that Davik quickly went into debt trying to fix the damage to the hull, engines and hyperdrives. He soon lost his job and was forced to make the barely fixed Catscratch his main source of income as he flew it with flashing red cockpit lights across the galaxy. Fortunately with 60 tons of cargo space and the hidden compartments that were missed when it went up for auction, for if they had been discovered the ship would probably have been scrapped instead.
Now a decade later it is a relatively stable ship. The furniture still has a distinct Cathar cultural theme to it, but most of the fabrics have faded from age and use.
