- Description: The Catechisms of Norr Legion is a collection of catechisms authored by Norr warriors over the millennia and published on a century basis; they are chanted and recited during training as indoctrination into warrior culture and the 'cult of sacrifice'. Sometimes they are chanted in Galactic Basic standard during particularly vicious melees in the presence of their enemies. It is considered highly offensive among the Norr for somebody outside their race to recite these Catechisms without an explicit invitation.

- Reception: Critically, foreign scholars consider the Norr Legion Catechisms dogmatic dribble. However, they form an essential part of Ryk's military culture and recruit training; recruits will learn several Catechisms during their careers. The Norr themselves highly regard the Catechisms, and during memorial services, they are often recited during the ceremonies. Foreign experts study the Catechisms to gain greater insight into the Norr's cultural development and religion.
The format the catechisms are authored in is a script and can be written in traditional Nurr futhorc using ink and pen. More commonly, they are retrieved from the Holonet in a digital format. The catechisms have been translated into galactic basic standards and are available for purchase from the Grutter Norr Ryk.
