Can't Sticky Topics in Faction Forum

Either I do not know/remember where the button to pin / sticky a thread is when posting (and I've tried using the Full Editor), or it is no longer in an obvious location. This may not be the ideal place to post this but I wasn't sure. Anyways, if it is something I am looking clear over, could someone explain to me how to do this? Sorry and thanks.

Go to the location where the topic is located (in this case, it was the Training forum) and on the right side of the topic itself is a little check box. If you hover your mouse over the check box, a red square pops up. Click that, and a dropdown will appear giving you the option to pin, move, edit title, delete, etc.
