Can't make polls in Faction forum

• Short Description: Can't make polls in Faction forum
• Browser: Chrome, version 48.0.2564.116
• Severity: All profiles
• Description: When making, or editing threads to make polls, I am unable to because the topic title bar extends over any polling options, since the faction forums are squeezed tighter together than the main forum.
