Description:

Known History
The Nadd Dynasty Blades are a pair of identical Sith-style swords originating from Onderon. Supposedly forged by the ancient Sith Lord Freedon Nadd during his reign as ruler of the planet over 4,000 years ago, they were passed down from generation to generation for nearly a thousand years before his dynasty finally came to an end with the death of King Ommin. They were then inherited by Satal Keto and Aleema of the Krath prior to the Great Sith War, and at some point prior to their deaths onboard of the ancient battleship Corsair, the blades were lost, then found, and placed on storage at the Great Library in the Empress Teta system.

Function
Typical for Sith force-imbued blades, each sword is remarkably durable, can resist lightsaber blows and deflect directed energy attacks, similar in function to a lightsaber, but with the benefit of not being rendered completely useless by cortosis due to possessing solid metal blades. They can also be used to focus and channel one's force energies, and under the right conditions, amplify them into making the wielder a veritable nexus of the Dark Side of the Force.

Other Information
The design of the blades is consistent with Freedon Nadd's apparent preference with weapons possessing a shorter, or as the case may be for these weapons, lighter blade than most, allowing for quicker, more precise attacks at an enemy's weak points. Other than that, there doesn't seem to be anything special about them other than traits typical of Sith swords.
