DESCRIPTION
Loronar Corporation is an old company known for its ships and droids and was the main money maker for the people of Loronar back in its prime but as with many old companies it went into ruins until it was revived by a person called Pos but it became corrupt and one would assume no longer was the best source of work for the people of Loronar after Pos died the companies ownership was given to [member="Vilaz Munin"] who didn't do much with the company and now has recently sold it to Lord Mettallum who wants to bring the company to its former glory and hopefully repair the companies name with its people.
RATIONALE
Lord Mettallum wanted to control Loronar so he could make it into one of the more prosperous Metal Lord realms of course for this to happen Lord Mettallum needed to get the many factories on Loronar back up and running which meant he needed to somehow take control of one of the biggest companies on loronar which ended up being pretty easy other than the 950 million credits he had to pay Vilaz
