((wrapping up Sio's participation))

She was riding upon a tidal wave of super-empowered, incandescent rage. It was like a volcano had suddenly erupted. She had raged against the pain shearing through her mind and threatening to cleave it in twain. Her rage had brought devastation. The whole roof came crashing down above her as debris rained down. The entire hallway shook and shuddered as if struck by powerful tremors. Deaths were felt across ground zero as Sith acolytes, students and troopers, those unlucky souls who had been caught in the maelstorm, were crushed. However, Siobhan did not escape the consequences of her rage either.

While mental talons sought to slice into her mind, a piece of rubble slammed into her back. More debris tumbled down. Ouch. At first she did not know what was happening, but then there was pain. A lot of it. Her leg gave way and agony surged through her. Siobhan dropped down to her one good knee. Beneath her armour she was bleeding. When she tried to get up, her leg refused to obey her and she fell to the ground.

The pain had the effect of restoring some clarity to her mind. Then she suddenly felt an influence creep up on her mind. Little did she know that this was doing of [member="Veino Garn"], as the Jensaarai drew upon the power of the Light to help those who had succumbed to the madness that was spreading across the Temple like a virus. His power was of the Light, whereas hers was not. The wave of Light Side energy was so bright it felt like it might burn her. Indeed, her face contorted in an expression of pain when she felt the influence wash over her, but there was reassurance and compassion as well. Something that helped stabilise her tormented mind a bit.

She breathed in heavily, coughing. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw her Vong opponent (@Rookie) leave the battlefield. She was not in a position to pursue him. Then what was left of the ceiling was torn asunder and caved in. Drawing upon what strength she could still muster, Siobhan pulled upon the tangled web of the Force and pulled it into her limbs.

She felt strength surge through her and then suddenly pushed herself into the air. Like the mythical bird phoenix, she arose from the ashes. Conveniently tearing apart the ceiling had created a big hole inside it. The structure shook when and she had great difficulty keeping herself in the air, but she managed to push through and fly out.

Beneath her, a good portion of the temple was destroyed. Lowering her altitude and speed, the Dark Master glided down towards the grounds outside of the temple, not far from the hole Ke'dem had created earlier at the start of the fight. As a matter of fact, she landed less than gracefully since she tumbled. Moments passed as she lay there on the ground. Forcing herself to stand though her body ached, she took a very deep breath, and leaned against some debris. Then she hit a button on her comm, hailing her crew. Soon Firemane troopers would be on the spot with a dropship for her.
