SPECIAL FEATURES

Ultrasonic vibration generator gives the axe dangerous levels of cutting power, as well as a bit extra cutting area.

Beskar composition makes the axehead a force to be reckoned with.

Heavy weight makes the axe extremely difficult to deal with when faced with lighter weaponry.

Strengths:

Heavyweight: Weapons with no weight experience extreme difficulty resisting this weapon’s wrath. A lightsaber could tentatively give under the bulk of the axe and render its bearer extremely vulnerable to an attack. Other heavy weapons wielded by suitably strong opposition could parry or block it, however.

Shake, Rattle, and Roll: The Ultrasonic vibration generator in this axe creates an extremely fast vibration that gives the weapon a function not unlike a chainsaw. It will cut fast, and the area of effect is roughly a third of a meter from the edge of the axe head. An opponent caught unaware could find themselves wounded by the vibrations, even if they managed to stop the head itself.

Beskar: Very resistant to heat, especially lightsabers.

Weaknesses:

Difficult to wield: Without the enhanced strength of Keira's cybernetic arm, it would be effectively impossible to wield the weapon. Even then, the swings are wide and while quick, can't change direction easily. It requires a skilled combatant to effectively master its range of motion and utility.

Short outs: electrical interference can render the ultrasonic vibration generator inoperable until it is fixed. While offline, it loses some of its inherent maliciousness, but still functions as a very, very large axe.

Thunderous Personality: When it impacts with something solid that offers any resistance, if the wielder isn't holding on tight, they could easily lose control of the weapon. Not at all intended for one handed use, if one were to attempt such an asinine feat, they would find the vibrations enough to numb their arm, leading to much more complicated issues.

Cumbersome: Moving with the weapon, even on the back of their armor, slows the user. A small price to pay for the extreme power it lends them, but a price nonetheless.

DESCRIPTION

Upon their return to Mandalore, Keira and Alkor were offered Cin’vhetin by [member="Yasha Mantis"], and allowed to join her Empire. Keira started plans to rebuild Clan Verd from the ground up, reputation and all, and took upon herself a responsibility that she never truly experienced during the days of the Crusaders. The intricacies of Leadership left her harrowed, with very little free time between civics and war.

Her dedication inspired Alkor, who had already established himself in Keldabe as a fledgling Smith. He drafted up plans for a weapon suitable to Keira's battlefield pragmatism and her inner strength. It would be heavy, but her cybernetic strength would help with that.

Aptly named “Buirkan,” the Mandalorian word for Responsibility, it represents the burden that Keira took on herself, and also the power it brings with it.

Etched into the weapon are the words, "Aliit ori'shya tal'din."

This looks pretty solid for the most part.

Alkor Centaris said:
Heavyweight: Weapons with no weight stand virtually no chance of withstanding this weapon’s wrath.

This looks a little more strongly worded than I'd like, as it looks like the sort of language that is designed to control another person's response while defending against this weapon. If you could replace "virtually no chance" with something more open-ended like "very difficult".
