Building alien cities

The FO has been using the City Location template in the Codex to make some awesome story settings. I'm proposing we do something similar, but angled more toward the alien species and weird cultures we've got going on in our territory. One useful resource:

What are we looking for exactly?

City submissions that are unique RP locations and speak to the uniqueness of the civilizations/cultures/species in our territory. Since we've got such major alien representation, some Mass Effect influence might be cool.

I'm about to sub a new planet for Resu refugees to hang out at while the Realm of Resu becomes infested with all sorts of hostile abominations, it won't be in Outback territory, and I don't suspect it'd be very advantageous to dominion, but you could consider it Coalition friendly territory

Maybe the CybeResu can make some outposts in Coalition space
