Description: The Series 5 HS-ID is the most crude and to the point HS-ID that Bankei Technologies produces. Designed for one purpose and one purpose only, the Series 5 was created to be used during the work day in heavy construction and warehouse work. Though designed to be used as mainly a labor droid body for work, the Series 5 HS-ID is most often seen as the only HS-ID in low income families because of its affordability. With powerful hydraulic servos and full durasteel limbs the Series 5 has no trouble lifting and moving heavy objects, though because it was meant to be used for only part of the day like that, utilizing the powerful hydraulics can render units inert with the power core overheated.

Though not as nimble as a Series 3 in which a Shard can choose to install a hand to hand combat module or simply learn to fight, the Series 5 can punch through permacrete if it needed to, making it a popular droid body for thugs and gang enforcers. Because on Orax hard labor is seen as a necessity but not a valued kind of work, those that utilize the Series 5 in public outside of the slums are often treated as lesser by the upper echelons of society on Orax. Due to what many consider unfair labor laws and the upper class's seeming disdain for the model, it has also become a symbol for worker's rights organizations throughout the planet.
