ADVANCED SYSTEMS
 • None
Strengths:

 • Fast: The Valiant-class is as fast as it can get with the armor and cargo it carries. After all, when your goal is to get in and out through heavily defended areas, you want to do it as quickly as you can.

 • Rapid deploy bay: Both of the Valiant-class’ deployment bays are designed with rapid exit and entrance in mind. The Huge cargo doors lower, allowing troops and tanks waiting inside to rush out, usually right into combat. Any tanks or cargo stored inside is able to be easily strapped down with the user-friendly magnetic clamps. The magnetic clamps release with the simple push of a button, so deploying into dangerous space has never been easier.

 • Rapid exit docking rings: In the rare event the Valiant-class finds itself in space combat, its only real hope is fleeing or piracy. As a result, its docking rings are designed to allow as many troops on board to exit as fast as possible onto whatever ship the Valiant-class is trying to take over. The Valiant-class is not designed for space combat, so this is more of a last-ditch effort.
Weaknesses:

 • Power failure in the life support: an ironic, if not lethal, flaw in the Valiant-class is the lack of available power on board. When the ship diverts all power to the shields and engines (to run blockades, essentially), the life support is cut off immediately. This can lead to death for anyone on board who isn’t in their own contained life support, or who doesn’t need oxygen, will slowly suffocate.

 • Low weapons capacity: The Valiant is not designed for fire fights. The ship can absorb a considerable amount of damage, but it is not designed to duke it out with other ships of similar size. The Valiant-classes’ guns could fend off star fighters, interceptors, and bombers, but these turrets are more so designed to fight them off than it is to gun it out with ships.
Description:
Leading a group operation is great, smashing through enemy tank lines is fantastic. However, its incredibly hard to do if the planet is surrounded by an enemy blockade. The tanks can be the greatest, but if they can’t reach the ground before being blasted into nothing, there is really no point.

To overcome this challenge, the Valiant-class carrier was designed. The Valiant-class sacrificed guns for hull, sheilds, and cargo/passenger capacity. With its speed, the Valiant-class was unable carry any additional ships in its hull because of the massive tank and passenger capacity with its two twin cargo bays already carry as much as possible. The Valiant-class’ design is simple; the ship is mostly comprised of two large holding bays that can carry a quantitative amount of troops and ground units. The entire ship is purely dedicated to safely moving the people within and the cargo within to the surface. Unfortunately, the massive amount of power required means something has to give, leading to the Valiant-class’ main weakness. When the ships and engines are put to full power, it diverts power from life support. Air purification and artificial gravity are both unpowered, so anyone or anything not secured is quickly tossed around and will soon run out of oxygen to breath (how long this takes depends on how many people are in there that do not have their own oxygen supply. The more people, the faster that happens).

All in all, it is just a large drop ship.
