Order
The Band of Sith are a decentralized, clandestine, group of individuals that agree to work together to spread Sith rule across the galaxy. It is an informal order, in that there is no strict leadership, and all decisions are reached through a consensus. Influence of individuals in the Band of Sith is determined by the size of one's territory, their sphere of influence, and those with greater influence tend to have a more regarded say in decision making processes, but no single individual has official final say. As a result of the clandestine nature of this organization it is required that both membership and the group itself remain a secret.

The Nexus
There is no overt, centralized, government that is immediately obvious to those on the outside. The Band of Sith instead task each of its members with taking control of system and planetary governments individually, to hide any perceived connection between these actions if discovered and present the façade of a rule by warlord. Tradition, however, is discarded while wisdom gained through the eons of Sith rule and attempts at Sith rule are retained; members of the Band of Sith are forbidden from overt subjugations of systems and planets, and are mandated to partake in subtlety or - failing that - perceived legitimacy to avoid public suspicion regarding the existence of a collective Sith control spreading throughout the region.
While the specifics of these means are up to the individuals or parties in question, exposing Sith rule in a manner that might impede the growth of the group will see to their expulsion from the Band of Sith.
Indeed there appears to be no central government for all intents and purposes, aside from an agreement between Sith forged in secrecy, but this is still far too simple a view. While the mystery religion of the Band of Sith itself has no clear leadership, there is certainly a much less vague sense of hierarchy in the overarching territory as it falls under Sith rule. The Nexus is the shadowy cabal that controls these governments - each Sith that might take a planet or system for the Band of Sith are present here, but so are crime bosses, underlords, and other corrupt individuals on a lesser scale. While the Sith might find themselves in position to effect far wider regions of space, those underneath, the criminals and the underground, are just as vital to the enforcement of Sith rule and espionage as the Sith themselves - even though these underworld types might not realize the nature of their true masters.

Industry
As the Band of Sith is to be decentralized and its existence itself kept from public knowledge, corporate control is a priority for financial and military purposes. Adopting an alter ego, an alias, is suggested, though simply controlling a company through a subordinate is perfectly acceptable. It is in the best interests of all Sith to spread the influence of these corporations to channels that are controlled by the enemy - by providing for our enemies we may engineer both our own success and their failure.

Military
The martial strength of the Band of Sith is two-fold:
  • Planetary and local system defense forces to act as the bulk of our defensive strength, incorporating civilian and criminal elements to bolster against psyop efforts of the enemy
  • A secret collection of those devoted to the Sith to act as insurgent groups in the instance of offensive measures on foreign governments.
In some instances either of these two separate systems may be used for either defensive or offensive actions, but for use beyond their agreed upon purposes a consensus must be reached.
Vehicles, starships, weapons, and other supplies must be procured through corporate entities working directly with the Band of Sith, as to ensure top-down knowledge of any technology we utilize to prevent our own strategy of corporate sabotage being used against us.
