Intent: To make a rare and unique collectable blade for Rave Merrill, who accepted it as part of bid payment in the SSB mystery auctions.
Dev Thread: The Resonant Nexus
Manufacturer: Saera Savan
Model: Alchemic Swordbreaker
Affiliation: Rave Merrill
Modularity: None
Production: Unique - One-of-a-Kind
Material: Alchemic Cryastium Blade, Tempered Cryastium Scabbard.
Description: The alchemic swordbreaker, dubbed the Bluemoon Blade, was made by errant Templar alchemist Saera Snow during her second exploration to the Crystal Caves of Crystalsong where she discovered a Cryastium deposit. Quickly making good on the rare find, the young alchemist began forging weapons there to hone her craft.
In terms of standard alchemy, Bluemoon is fairly average across the board. They have an incredibly sharp, durable edge, they are non-conductive of Force Lightning and Electric Judgement though cannot deflect or store it, they are slightly heavier than their lightweight material would suggest and they are resistant to beams. Because of the rare metal's natural properties coupled with the alchemic treatment, they weigh only little more than a Durasteel counterpart and are almost entirely lightsaber/blaster resistant, dulling after repeated abuse but nigh impossible to cut through. What is truly unique about the blade is that it takes the form of a weapon called a swordbreaker, traditionally used as an off-hand defensive weapon to catch solid blades and disarm/break them through the use of fulcrum leverage. Slotted teeth along the blade allow other swords to be caught and trapped within them, though on lightsabers the effect is only better leverage against their beam. Smaller and lighter blades, such as knives, rapiers or metals like cryastium or cortosis can be truly broken, while heavier objects such as claymores, beskads and durasteel can only be parried or disarmed.
Bluemoon bears a single trademark of the girl Saera in the form of a constantly swirling aurora of milky magenta within the mass of the blade itself; normally alchemized Cryastium would have a foggy, luminous red aura around it but Saera minimizes this effect to within the metal itself.
Classification: Knife (Sword Breaker)
Size: One-Handed
Length: ~0.5 m.
Weight: 1.5 kg.
Other Features: Heat-resistant, Lightsaber & Blaster resistant, Very sharp edge, Beautiful swirling magenta interior, physically shaped to snap or disarm swords.

Okay, only one issue I can find here.

Swordbreaker parrying daggers were a bit of a misnomer. There's no actual IRL record of one breaking a sword (That I could find), but mid-late Renaissance periods did use thinner, more fragile blades like rapiers that could plausibly have been broken. So, I'm just gonna ask this: Can you please elaborate on what types of blades and materials this can break. I ask because I doubt the average user could break a beskad or a phrik sword or even a durasteel claymore, but perhaps a rapier type or light weight blade equivalent it's plausible. One edited, @ me and you should be good to go.
