Subject was found in Sector #75 by NSSP Group D Frigate Reliance aboard what was determined to be a derelict CIS Munificent Class Frigate, presumably drifting through the black space until it hit Sector Scanners that picked up a still transmitting distress beacon with centuries old code. Per System regs Reliance investigated when an initial scan returned an abnormal amount of electrical activity and the presence of one organic lifeform. The CIS Vessel appeared to have sustained heavy damage to external and internal systems during an engagement at an unknown time and location. EVA activity and boarding discovered defunct B1/2 Battledroids amongst a few maintenance droids. All sections of the vessel showed nothing remarkable apart from historical memorabilia until the search team tracked the faint organic reading to a lower deck storage room. A cryo pod with a tag that simply read “Steele” bolted to the bottom of the pod. Initial readings showed that despite the age of the vessel the core had remained intact enough to continue relaying the small amount of energy required to keep “Steel” alive for centuries, seemingly by some miraculous set of fortuitous circumstances. The pod was pulled per the Captain’s instructions and the subject woken, despite ZERO confirmation from the Bosses. After allowing the subject to acclimate properly the CMO (Thompson) did a full physical and mental health evaluation. All medical scans showed no neural degeneration and a rather surprising retention of muscle mass despite the extremely advanced level of time spent under. Steele proved unresponsive at best to any form of questioning presented. Subject will be sent to Grillo the Hutt’s Villa for further examination.

Biographical Information: A Coruscantian local born and raised, Mr. Steele lead what most would consider a successful (if unremarkable) life as an Industrial Worker. From all gathered reports he was an exceptionally hard worker from a mid level who kept to himself and his family in a respectable apartment. On the surface it appeared as if all he did was work and take care of his clan. Further investigation would show a man who kept a meticulous series of notes on his employers and coworkers, kept an extremely limited social circle, and held unconventional ideas (along with now “incriminating literature” under the Emergency Powers awarded to the Supreme Chancellor) that under the current tyrannical Wartime Laws are deemed illegal by the corrupt senate. Steele drew the attention of the Coruscant P.D under their increased audio surveillance of local cantinas when he spouted off a tad too loud about senatorial corruption when the wrong ear happened to be listening. A no knock raid on his home netted more than enough evidence to convince authorities that he might be spying for the CIS and land him a spot in a cell, despite a lack of any hard evidence besides a weird habit and seditious literature. He was held without trial for seven months in deplorable conditions without any contact with the outside world and was released to find that his wife and child had been killed in a speeder accident four months into his captivity. Authorities had simply forgotten to inform him. No official explanation was given for his captivity or release. A local HoloNet page reported on the incident, drawing the attention of one of our recruiters. He agreed immediately when approached, anything to hurt the people that had robbed him of his life. Trained by Field Agents and has operated with surprising efficiency since. Further war time service is of course classified.
