DESCRIPTION

Blackmane Industries was a corporation that supplied a variety of products to the galaxy, including: starships, vehicles, weapons, and armour.
Many of their products and services were open to the various governments and entities of the galaxy.
However, in secret, the corporation was a staunch supporter of the Sith cause.
Led by Darth Malleator, it produced all manner of war assets to further the schemes of those who wielded the Dark Side of the Force.

RATIONALE

The official records state that Blackmane Industries was founded by the wealthy businessman: Torin Blackmane.

In truth, the corporation was built upon the remains of the fallen Iron Empire.
Following the decisive battle which brought an end to the galactic power, its corpse was beset upon by vultures.
Of those that picked the carcass was Darth Malleator, whose forces absconded with much of the Iron Imperial assets.

As an insult to the old Iron Emperor, the technology that once was used against the Sith was perverted.
Starships, vehicles, and weapons, now served that which they were created to destroy.
