Melee/Armor Creation

Intent: After Azrael severed his left arm to survive, he was secured with this replacement so he could continue to work in the demanding scrap-yard atmosphere, as well as to make him functional again in regular life. It was necessary.
Development Thread: I'll create one if necessary.
Model: Unique - un-named.
Affiliation: Ord Mantell
Modularity: It is capable of being upgraded or augmented depending on the extent of the design and limitations of the funds to do so.
Material: Dura-steel/Quadranian merged alloys.
Manufacturer: Ord Mantell metallurgist and surgeons.
Production: Custom build to work on Ord Mantell (upgrade-able) and wired to the bio-electrical circuitry of Azrael's nervous system and brain synapses.
Classification: Bionic left arm.
Size: 1.5 times the mass of right arm.
Length: 0.7 Meters
Weight: 16.8 kg [≈ Medium-sized dog]
Quality: Class 6 construction of dura-steel and Quadranium alloys.
Other Features:
  • Grip strength - 181 kg psi
  • Press strength - 317 kg
  • Spare compartments (3) for tools or objects (notably a handy hydrospanner)
  • Liquid Cable Launcher (Twin reservoir for intertwined mono-filament cable) Extension of 200 meters with hook.
  • Clawed digits (unable to find good pictoral reference) Sharpened tips of formerly mentioned merge of alloys. (Capable of shredding weaker alloys)
Strengths:
  • Durability (Class 6)
  • Enhanced strength (mentioned above)
  • Versatility (Cable launcher)
Drawbacks:
  • Weight (heavier than his normal arm)
  • Vulnerability to electrical interference causing a short circuit which could cause feedback into his body and brain.
  • Repair (must be repaired manually, it has no auto-configurable repair systems)
  • Phantom pains: Not a direct result of the arm, but pains of a former arm at times causes tremors in the bionic appendage.
