Biography: Born in Sullust to the previous governor as a father and one of his officals as a mother, he had a decent early life. Responsibilities were placed on him earlier than most due to his father. This hardened him mentally and started to mold him into a decent politician. He also learned about maintaining the large military force above his planet, and in his later years he learned self-defense.
From his mother, he learned proper manners and fair trial. He became a great public figure and stood for both the people and the security forces. Even though he was not usually in court unless for major cases, he learned a little bit about what to do in trials and how to respond to certain sides of the conflict. His mother also taught her how to navigate Sullust and be able to find any important place in no time. Due to Sullustans naturally having a lower chance to get lost, he learned fast.
At the age of 26, he took his father's place as the governor of Sullust as his father retired. He learned many new skills and started getting used to the ideas of other governors. He was tolerant of their ideas, but did not like refugees very much. He saw them as disturbing the locals and thought they should all be put in shelter worlds.
