This is Mars Tonith, CEO and Founder of Tonith-Damask Incorporated. In a few months we wish to hold a convention for bounty hunters across the galaxy. We are inviting vendors to sell food, drinks, weapons, ships, armor, and gadgets, famed bounty hunters to give instructional or debate panels, and entrepreneurs who wish to recruit bounty hunters for personal jobs. In order for this event to be conducted peacefully and profitably we will require the following for one full week:
We at Tonith-Damask expect that this event will generate XX Trillion credits into the economy of it's destination, allowing the host location to accumulate YY in tax revenue, not to mention marketing opportunity to grow tourism and potential payments from Tonith-Damask to the government of the host location for renting out the necessary facilities and accommodating for redirection of law enforcement. We would appreciate your submission of a proposal for a world to host this event in your space, noting why we should pick this location, how you think it will accommodate our customers, how soon preparations could be made, and what you will charge us for using this location.

- A large hotel or series of hotels to entertain incoming bounty hunters, as well as host discussion panels
- A bazaar where venders can set up booths
- A large building or simulation room to accommodate field tests, ammunition tests, and technique demonstrations
- A large building with smaller rooms, to accommodate testing and demonstration of weapon and weaponless martial arts
- A spaceport adequate for landing X amount of bounty hunters, and offloading Y amount of merchandise for Z amount of vendors
- Security to deal with a large variety of armed professionals
- A lively downtown to entertain customers when they are not at the convention
