STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Sweet and Positive: Overall, Annie presents herself as being a pleasant and naive individual. She often offers her aid to her comrades when they seem to need it. Every coworker, after a very short space of time, graduates to 'friend' status (even if it's against their wishes). If they stick around long enough, they become family.
True to Herself: Annie is who she is. She will not and cannot pretend to be anyone else.
Stubborn: If Annie feels something is a bad idea, she'll put her foot down and try to refuse to let anyone go through with it, with the exception of direct orders from a superior. This doesn't always go over well with the more impulsive or aggressive soldiers she's worked with.
Cynical: Once upon a time, Annie was an optimist, but war has made a cynic out of her as it usually does those in a combat profession. She'd be the first to point out the flaws in a plan-- before going through with it anyway. Orders are orders after all.
Pointed Ignorance: Annie knows she isn't invincible, and she certainly isn't overconfident in the face of overwhelming odds, but sometimes she forgets that she needs to remain on her guard in combat situations because she's so focused on just about anything else.
APPEARANCE:
Annie has bright blue eyes, pale skin, and long blonde hair. To keep it from being a nuisance, she usually wears her hair in a braid that she tucks up in her helmet while on active duty.
BIOGRAPHY:
Annie was raised under Sith rule, her mother a favored Colonel under Grand Moff Rade. Annie saw very little of her mother and was raised primarily as other soldiers were: by their training instructors as they were prepared to serve the Sith. Her visits with her mother were often training sessions in their own right, teaching Annie about loyalty tempered with survival and specific skills she might need in order to climb the ladder one day.
The death of her mother in the annihilation of Grand Moff Rade's fleet turned Annie's childhood lessons into a gospel. Annie lived by the rules she could remember, moving from Sith movement to Sith movement throughout her teens in a temporary pursuit of status and glory. Most of her twenties were spent climbing the ranks of Darth Jocast's military until she achieved the rank of Colonel.
It was coincidence-- or perhaps fate-- that Darth Jocast was slain by Darth Mephirium, a descendant of the very Moff her mother had once served. The change in leadership didn't affect Annie's devotion to the cause or her allies: it simply took what had become a plateaued career back into the possibility of galactic domination and glory.
