SPECIAL FEATURES
- DL-44 Blaster
- Blaster energy Discharger
- Free Rolling Struts
- Extended antennae array.
- Cortosis is conductive to blaster fire and will direct all of the energy to the discharger weapon, making blasters ineffective unless focused.
- Cortosis is Lightsaber resistant to a degree, taking about five hits before shattering. A Common Cortosis trait.
- Antennae array makes it easier to command Droids and extends signal range.
- Attached DL-44 blaster gives great firepower at short ranges.
- Free Rolling Struts keep the maximum speed of the BB unit despite the extra weight.
- If hit hard enough with a kinetic weapon, the Cortosis shell will shatter, detach the Free Rolling Struts, and leave the Blaster Energy Discharger inactive.
- If too much blaster energy is stored without discharge, the device could explode furiously and outright kill BBZ.
- Heavier weight makes maneuverability slightly harder.
- Blaster discharger is very inaccurate.
- DL-44 overheats easily.
- The most important part of BBZ is mostly non-protected by Cortosis: The front of the dome and the sides that hold the weapons. Skilled individuals can exploit this.
BBZ-20 is a world conqueror to be, and this is not possible without some powerful technology to aid. Salvaging a B3 Ultra battle droid from it's revival place, and stealing the blaster of a captive, BBZ went about creating this technology.
It consists of a shell around the BB unit's main body made of blaster conductive Cortosis, two struts to attach the energy extractors and increase the speed, along with head-mounted Blaster, Blaster discharger, and Antennas.
