BACKGROUND​

The House of Lazan differs from its fellow Echani with its upstanding roots of seeking peace and justice. This often aligns with the objectives of the Jedi and its coalitions. Naturally, Ba'yl was raised by these standards and trained as a warrior with a liking towards stealth and fast approach tactics. Always the fastest, yet never the strongest. Witnessing the events unfold around the Galaxy, Ba'yl took an extreme approach to the teachings of his house. He believed it was necessary to use any and every tactic of one's disposal to eliminate the threat of the Sith and other groups that threatened the common good of the Galaxy. The young Echani also developed a deep loathing towards the cultures of Mandalore and Thrysus as many times the two people's undermined and attacked the sovereignty of Eshan.

Within the last decade or so, the Galactic Alliance and its New Jedi Order lost favor as Ba'yl and his house mistrusted both institutions due to weak leadership. Though they shied away from these factions, they did not forfeit their values and continued what they preached. Upon the founding of the Lightsworn, Ba'yl found a calling within this militant faction of Jedi and left Eshan with the blessings of his House. While the Galaxy stirs in turmoil from the rising darkness of the Galactic Empire and other vile factions, Ba'yl stands with optimism with the Lightsworn.
