Basileus Naval Engineering was founded by Basileus Isauros on Bakura. Basileus wanted a company under his name that would be able to produce military craft that he could manufacture and acquire at his pleasure, allowing himself more input on his fleet composition.
As Isauros is a fleet commander in the First Order, the company gives priority to the First Order above all other clients, besides Isauros himself.
The company is owned solely by Basileus Isauros, but the company is generally de-centralised with production. Isauros generally gives the workers and managers a lot of freedom. He hopes that his employee’s loyalty and satisfaction will give B.N.E a good reputation.
RATIONALE
Basileus Isauros founded a company so that he could make money on the side during his fleet duties. He also felt his own business would both allow him to receive the best equipment first, but also to butter up his superiors in the First Order. When Basileus has downtime, he designs weapons or ships, using his practical battlefield knowledge to develop superior arms at his own pace and specifications. Isauros also wants to feel proud about being successful, hoping to achieve this through B.N.E.
