- Two fine "mandibles" or manipulator arms with 5 lbs lifting capacity with three 360-degree rotational joints for complete maneuverability and micro-adjustment controls that allowed for better than one micrometer placement accuracy; both manipulators have a 12-inch reach and are fully retractable within the body when not in use. The mandibles are equip with a multitude of tools most useful for botanical research and field work, including pruning shears, syringes, soil probe, pH meter, measuring tools, lenses, and trowel.

- Much like an actually spider, each of the legs it uses to walk on include a system built to replicate the setae and setules structures and the Van der Waals force in the tips, allowing the droid to scuttle about at any angle on solid surfaces. When it's not walking, the tips of the legs can retract and reveal miniature repulsorlifts which allow the droid to navigate the air, though it cannot travel more than 30 miles per hour.
- This droid also comes with a portable charging station backpack which holds its own limited charge and allows the droid to be easily worn/carried while powered down or in standby mode. This portable charging pack in combination with the "solar-charge mode" allows for the user to maximize the battery life and maintain power far beyond that of a normal droid of its size.

This droid combines both mechanical and insectoid features, resulting in a compact and agile design that aids its functionality. The droid is shaped much like a jumping spider, and it's roughly 12" in diameter and about 8" tall.
At the front, it has three large compound eyes, equipped with advanced sensors and visual modules, allowing it to perceive its surroundings with precision. On its underside, there are additional ports or connectors for interfacing with external devices or equipment. These ports would facilitate data transfer, power supply, or attachment of specialized tools specific to the droid's intended purpose.
It possesses articulated limbs, resembling mandibles, which can be extended from its body or tucked away. These limbs are equipped with various tools and attachments, such as small manipulator arms, with a multitude of tools specialized for its tasks. It moves with a quick and nimble gait, reminiscent of a spider, allowing it to navigate complex environments with ease.
