Avatar/Signature Request

Hello, I would like to request help with making a signature and avatar out of the two images below. Any help is greatly appreciated at all, even if it is not precisely what I ask for. I just figure I should ask for what I want and go from there.

What I would like to see is one of those avatars that switches between images, both images being of the face.

For the signature, I would like anything, but with the color scheme being whites, light blues and grays. On the sig I would like these words, "Grace can be deadlier than wrath." Or something that evokes the same feel.
