Jedi, Sith, assassins, commanders—each was a node of immense value, and each far too exposed to the chaotic attrition of modern warfare.

Using technologies recovered during deep-space relic retrieval missions—including fragments of Rakatan force field generators and Old Republic deflector experiments—Serina commissioned a focused team of engineers, alchemists, and shielding theorists to push beyond contemporary energy defense design.
