BIOGRAPHY:
Born to a wealthy political family on New Holstice, she followed in her father's footsteps and followed him up the ranks. After New Holstice's entry into the Republic, Aurelia won an election to fill its new Senate seat. Aurelia served well and faithfully in the Republic Senate, rising through the ranks of the Finance Committee to serve as its chair and eventually as Finance Minister in the Galactic Republic, serving under Genevieve Lasedri's premiership. She was forced to retire following her diagnosis with Quannot's Syndrome, a horribly painful disease that is ultimately fatal. As her organs failed one by one, she used her considerable fortune to replace them with machines or organ transplants -- first, in the legal sense, and then in the black market as her condition prevented her from getting on the transplant list. She watched in Dismay as the One Sith dismantled the Republic, system by system, until they conquered New Holstice.
Aurelia fled the One Sith conquerors and, with her health needs, recognized the need to live in a more stable environment. She took one of the job offers she received on her retirement, eager to earn funds to replenish the funds she spent on medical treatments and the extensive cost of black market organs. Stripped of her idealism from her experience in the corrupt, doomed Republic, she saw the First Order as the ideal place to seek her long-term health solutions. When her illness entered remission, she took a position as a director at Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems. Upon the retirement of Ileris Sonn as Managing Director, Aurelia was tapped to take his place.
