Description: This armor is very durable to blaster fire and glancing Light Saber attacks yet not anywhere near impenetrable, high expense, and it has multiple upgrade abilities.
Creation :
Step 1- Gathering materials and fitting
Finding the correct tools can be easy or difficult based on who you know. The same can be said to finding the materials as well as on the amount of money one has at the time and planet they happen to be on or have access to. These factors add to the time it will take to complete the armor. Due to the actual building of the armor it is imperative that one knows their exact fittings or the armor they wear is more of a hindrance than help.
Step 2 - Breaking to build
Both the Durasteel and Quadanium must be found at their purest form while still heated to an almost liquid form. The Flexsteel must be stripped down to small amounts of slivers and coated slightly cooled Quadanium. These slivers should then be allowed to solidify completely. The flex steel core will give the slivers extra bending ability and shock value which is very important to the armor wearer.
These slivers of Flexsteel covered Quadanium are gathered and randomly patterned to mesh within each specific molding for that particular piece of the armor. Durasteel grade 9093-T7511 is heated to a liquid form and then poured onto the mesh slivers filling out the armor. The mesh patterned slivers taking up half of the usual bulk of the durasteel partially takes away from the full strength but adds the ability to flex and allows the armor to be lighter. This process is specifically completed for each portion of armor and is the most time consuming process. Each portion is made to the fitting of the wearer.
Fitted armor weave connects portions of armor giving the wearers body the ability to move and stretch with comfort and ease. It is separate from the armor weave suit worn under the armor. It is also separate from the Hood and Cape connected to the exterior of the armor.
Step 3 – Addition of technology
*Boots* The soles of the boots contain a high powered magnetic system that enables the armor to stay attached to any alloy.
*Gauntlets * The Gauntlets for the armor are designed with no inside lining for the wrist allowing the armor to house blades. The wrist along the inside of the forearm for the assassin is at risk with only the vibroblade tech to guard from possible attacks.
*Hood*The armorweave hood is fitted with a small holovid projector throughout the hoods edge allowing a small screen to appear over the face of the assassin. The hood is attached to the shoulders where the armorweave connects to the full armor.
