LFG Asking for people to roleplay in my own fanmade time period! (897 BBY)

Ok, so I have this fanfic cooking up, it's actually the story Vivia is from. I am thinking about doing a more D&D style roleplay where you guys play specific characters while I play as the world like a dungeon master. I'm going to start off by saying that while you can have a character turn to the dark side over the course of the campaign, people who are darksiders and sith at the beginning will be severely limited, as this is set during the Rule of 2 Era. If you want to take part in this and play as a Sith, someone who has Sith in their backstory, or even just anyone who has the force and opposes the Jedi, please talk to me about it before roleplaying, and we will try to figure something out.

Ok so for this story, I am retconning a lot of lore because to be honest, both Legends and Disney Canon are a mess right now, so I'm just creating my own canon. One kinda major change in this new canon is that when Ki Adi Mundi said "The Sith have been extinct for a millennium", he was rounding up about 130 years, as you will soon see, there are a few very much active Sith in this time period

Now onto the story. It is the year 897 BBY, but of course you know it as 103 ARR, or "After the Ruusaan Reformation". For the past 57 years up until about a month ago, everything was fine. The Jedi and Republic were busy keeping the peace and helping worlds that had been ravaged by the New Sith Wars. The Outer Rim for once was actually subject to attempts to put them on an even playing field with other planets, with varying degrees of success. A month ago, rumors began to spread of corruption in the Senate, though it wasn't widespread enough to be common knowledge. 16 days ago however, there were mass assassinations of Jedi leadership, including a bombing of the Jedi council. The sole survivor on the Jedi council, Jedi Master Yaromin Vir, happened to be away from Coruscant when the bombing took place, so a sniper was sent to deal with him. Master Vir survived and captured the sniper, and when they interrogated them, they said that they were sent by Jedi, but wouldn't say which ones. And now, rumors that Sith were somehow involved despite being extinct (supposedly) are circulating. What a mess...

Oh and there are a few details I forgot to add. 1, NO TIME TRAVEL OR MULTIVERSES. This may sound hypocritical coming from me, but the way I see it, Chaos already has a bunch of time travellers so making my character from the past doesn't change anything. For this campaign however, I am prohibiting players from coming from another universe or doing something like taking a character made for this site and making them time travel from the chaos era to this era. However you may take an OC from a different time period or another universe and make a version of that character that fits in this world and time period by making them be born and raised in this era, and tweaking their backstory as need be.

As far lightsaber colors and types, I would like to keep them sort of standardized. This means I would like you to stick to the standard Jedi colors, green, blue, yellow, with maybe a few purples sprinkled here and there. Of course, if I do allow you to be a Sith/darksider, you can have a red one. Like with every other rule I am very flexible about this, but you would need an interesting and compelling reason for having a non conventional lightsaber color, you can't have an orange lightsaber just because it looks cool (Vivia has one and it is part of her backstory). I will allow standard single bladed, double bladed, and crossgaurd lightsabers without question. If you want a different kyber crystal powered melee weapon, I will probably allow it.

Oh and if your character is super powerful or has some sort of 1 of a kind or high ranking position, please talk to me about them.
