• Disruption: Using disruptor weaponry, the Ashen Guards are powerful against a variety of opponents, capable of disintegrating them atom by atom.
• Shielding: The Ashen Guard, equipped with Abregado Combat Shields they are capable of withstanding efficient amounts of weapon fire. This allows them to last longer in combat then the original design.
• Power Usage: With the size of the Ashen Guards, the shields take much of the droid’s power from their power source, and taking fire lowers their power rapidly. They are needed to charge between combat scenarios.
• EMP: With the power usage problem, if the droid was to be EMPed the droid would take longer than many other droids to reboot after the EMP charge.

[SIZE=10pt]· [/SIZE]Description: On a trip to the Mustafar system, WD-334 discovered a deployment of Inquisitorium Dark troopers. The war droid brought them under its own control, giving some personal upgrades to the run down droid troopers. Such things included a combat shield, new armament from LOOM and ARGH thanks to fellow Metal Lords and using parts from salvaged Dark Troopers that WD could find, the war droid began to build more. The original group of Dark Troopers found consisted of 20 units. With their shielding, their power usage is not as efficient as many other droids using such shields.

Are you sure you want this unit listed as unique? This would seem counter-intuitive to supplement an entire army. I'd recommend Uncommon at the most.

You'll also want to add the word "Limited" to deployment, so everyone can easily see what category it falls under.

• [SIZE=9pt]Entropy Rifles, these are listed as closed market. Please provide evidence where you were given permission to use them or purchased them from Ultimatum ICly.[/SIZE]
• [SIZE=9pt]Spears of Rae, these were limited production for a specific Protectorate group. Remove them.[/SIZE]
• [SIZE=9pt]PEF-BS-1, listed as open market, these are fine.[/SIZE]
• [SIZE=9pt]Abregado Combat Shield, listed as closed market. You will need to provide evidence where you were given permission to use them or purchased them from the manufacturer ICly.[/SIZE]

In the future when equipping your NPC forces with tech from the Factory be sure to check both the Affiliation and Production fields of the approved tech. If the Affiliation is listed as "closed market" or only lists specific groups/factions, then you must either be a member of the listed groups/factions and using it for NPCs within them, get permission from the creator to use it, or RP out buying the tech for your use.

What you want to see for free-use is "Open Market."

You'll also want to make sure the Production levels match what your Availability/Deployment levels would require. A "unique/semi-unique/limited" production would not be adequate for a common or mass unit availability.

I might recommend that they make formal Submission modification requests in the Factory to change the affiliation for present-day groups to help avoid these situations in the future.
