-Flirt: Artemis can't help but hit on any woman he comes into contact with. Unsuccessfully or not, the man is constantly searching for a woman to call either his wife, or to hold close while on shore leave. While he's in the presence of a foreign woman, he'll often be found hitting on her.
+Efficient: Artemis is always searching for the coveted promotion that'd give him his own command. Through this, he'll work a job, not matter how menial as efficiently as possible.
-Vain: The captain is constantly checking his appearance. Whether this is through the shiny metal plating of a deck, or even a mirror he carries on hand, Margs is constantly concerned about his looks.

Artemis keeps his appearance up as an upmost priority. In fact, if one were to search his personal effects, one would find a comb and the hair spray that keep his hair slicked back. His body glows healthily with a tan he acquired after spending his youth in the warm sun. His uniform is always ironed, and crease less.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born on rural Duusan, Artemis grew up in a rural commercial centre. A community where everyone knew everybody, and where Artemis grew up carefree. He was however the fifth of eight children, and was constantly vying for his parents attention. This instilled inside him a sense of efficiency to try and do his utmost to assist around the house. It was due to his diligence and a bit of luck that he landed himself a position in the academy. One day, while running with his friends, they countered upon a landspeeder crashed. The group performed first aid on the two occupants, and alerted local authorities. Much to their surprise, it turned out that the man they'd saved a commandant from Avalonia's academy scene, who'd been on his way from his summer house to the capital. The commandant awarded the boys a free scholarship to whatever academy they wished. Artemis was overjoyed, and joined the officer academy at age 16. He graduated at age 19 as an ensign, and was immediately deployed aboard the Vindicator, where he remained under the command of Carlyle Rausgeber.
