[Aronis Vilgar]

Aronis Vilgar walked up the steps of the Jedi Temple. He was rather nervous and a bit anxious to begin, but his expression was serene, as usual. He just hoped he wouldn't fail and get sent to the Agricultural Corps.

Aronis entered the Temple to find it bustling with activity. He had no clue where to go. He approached a man to ask directions, but the man ignored him as he hurried off to somewhere. He sighed, he'd just explore and see if this force couldn't guide him to the right location.

Iella walked out of her quaters on the upper levels of the Jedi Temple, dressed in her robes with her lightsaber hitched to her belt. Her destination, the dinning quarters, she is in need of food and nothing will distract her from that mission. She enters the lifts and punches her destination on the controls.

Soon she arrives and walks into the vast halls of the Temple. So many sentients around busy with Jedi business, some she recognised as diplomats but almost all are going to training or out for missions. She can hear the hum of the traffic outside as the end of this hall leads to the steps and a slight breeze intrudes along it. She see someone she has not met, walking toward her, and he seems a little lost. As he approaches she smiles and begins to speak.

"Hello there, may I be of service?", she asked.

"I'm here to take the Initiate Trials." He replied.

Aronis was almost surprised by her offer of help, everyone else seemed to be too busy. He noticed the lightsaber on her belt, signifying her rank as a Jedi Knight.

"Ah now that is great news", she said with a smile. "They will not commence for a little time yet, but you must be tired from your journey, so please join in the Dinning Hall and you can tell me more about yourself", she said as she began to walk up the hall.

The busyness of the place never stops, the flow of people traffic akin to that of the skylanes here on Coruscant, forever in motion. And luck for Iella the same goes for the Dinning Hall. They can to the entrance of the Dinning Hall and she entered, and looked around for a spare table. Finding one by the large window that over looks the mentioned sky lanes and the sky line of the city. The lights of which never in darkness.

"Of course." He replied with a slight smile, but it was all for show.

Aronis did not want to go to the dining hall and talk, but he also didn't want to offend someone on his first day, so he complied. He followed her to the dining hall, taking a seat across the table from her.

He stared out the window at the city lights, the skyline seemed to go on forever. He looked at the ships of which many he recognized. His thoughts were interrupted as the waiter droid approached.

"What would you like?" It spoke in a metallic voice.

Aronis turned from the window to look at it. He gestured for her to order first, not knowing exactly what he wanted.

Iella looked over the man in front of her as he gazed out the window. An interesting man to say the least, she could sense his calm demeanor, his quietness which was a good sign. The service droid approached requesting orders for food. Iella smiled she is hungry.

"I shall have a bantha steak please, rare, with lots Corellian potatoes and some salad, oh and a bottle of water and two serves of cake any cake with lots of whipped cream", she ordered .. yes that should do it. She indicated for Aronis to order and waited. After he had done so she spoke again.

"So what is your name? I am Iella E`ron, ... I think you have traveled far to be here with us?", she asked.

"I'll take a Neuvian Sundae with Trammistan Chocolate and Caf with Cream, please." Aronis ordered.

Aronis had just eaten a couple hours ago and really wasn't very hungry, but he had ordered some dessert anyway. The waiter droid hurried off.

"Aronis Vilgar." He replied. "A pleasure to meet you. I'm from Kuat, my father used to work in the shipyards there."

"Ah so you know a thing or two about ships?", she asked. She looked out the window too, the view as something that simply would not allow you not to pay attention to it, the bustle of Coruscant forever on the move, filled with life and adventure, good and bad.

She turned back, "You are here to become a Jedi and will be in need of a trainer, a Master, can you tell me what kind of Jedi you see yourself as?", Iella believes that for this to be a happy match, Padawan and Master, they should be at least aware of a direction.

"Yes." He replied.

Aronis contemplated her next question, truth be told, he had never really thought about it. He had never really thought much about the Jedi, of course he had read of Luke Skywalker blowing up the Death Star, but it had almost seemed as more of a myth.

"Someone with decent diplomatic skills, but should things go wrong a wide array of force powers to use, with some skill with a lightsaber should it be absolutely necessary." He replied.

The service droid arrived with their order of food. This gave Iella time to think on his response. "This is something I could training you in, if you so wish, force powers develop over time and with application as does the saber. It is necessary to learn saber skills, just in case you find yourself in a tricky situation when negotiations fail, and it does happen. These I can teach you to be proficient in you will have them if needed to be called upon. The same for force skills", she stopped at this moment and began for form a thought in her mind regarding the diplomacy side.

She started to eat as she thought, the food was brilliant and just what her condition required of her. Each bite was like putting life and energy back in her body.

"The Diplomacy side of this? leave that part with me for the moment, I have an idea". She smiled. She needed to contact someone on the idea.

The droid arrived with their food. Aronis took a sip lf his caf. It was bitter, but over time he had acquired a taste for it. He poured some sugar into it as she talked.

"Okay." He replied after she had finished. Taking a bite of his sundae, which was as good as always, he turned to gaze out the window, once more, as she walked off to contact someone. He had no idea what he had just agreed to, a mission? He looked off into the distance, wondering.

Iella returned promptly to her food and to Aronis. She took some of the water before restarting her meal. As she ate she looked over to Aronis again looking of into the distance.

"After we finish our meal .. shall we get start on some training? No time like the present to begin". she smiled. "We shall start with some basic lightsaber training, you may not wish to master the forms but it is a skill that you will needed over time. Then onto some force skills, but first things first". she concluded.

"Very well." Replied Aronis taking another sip of his caf.

At least he wouln't be quite so defenseless now. He took ankther bite of his sundae, rathe eager to began, but he wouldn't let that show. The droid approached to check on them.

Once the meal was complete, Iella stood up. "There is no time like the present to begin training. So if you are done let us find a place to start".

She moved away from the table and back out into the corridor. They will head to the training rooms to commence his first lesson.

Aronis stood up giving a slight nod, acknowledging her statement. He followed her our of the dining hall, where they preceeded back down the corridor, towards the training rooms.

As Iella entered the main training room, she walked to the end and took off the outer layer of her robes and hung it up on a hook, making sure the pleats are still nicely even. She turned to Aronis and indicated to a wall on the far side, there he will find training sabers to choose from.

"Choose one of the training sabers, take your time, and find one that suits you, that feels right for you. Then it will be your saber in the field until you come to construct your true saber". In the mean while, Iella began her warm up procedure, to start lightsaber training with Aronis.

Aronis walked over to the training sabers taking his time to carefully inspect them and find the right one. Too fancy, too long, not long enough. . . He looked throught them until finally making his selection, he began waving it around trying to get a feel for the blade. He swung it about creating random combos, that were unorthodox and wouldn't be that useful in a fight. The blade he had chosen glowed blue, its handle plain and simple. He practiced for a few minutes, more waiting on Iella, than actually trying to accomplish something.

Once Iella noticed Aronis, had his blade and testing it for form and balance. She moved to the centre of the training platform. There she waited for him to do the same. She stood in classic Jedi Ready Stance and nodded for him to mirror her stance. Since Aronis did not wish to become a Jedi to master the blade she would training in the defence form first and then onto an attack form so he would have skills enough the use his lightsaber when the time came. If he wished to continue learning more forms she would be happy for him to do so and teach him what he wished. But for now, Form I: Shii-Cho.

"When you begin to practice this form on your own always begin with this stance", she smiled hearing her own Master's words here, "It is the preparation for begin the form and for a Jedi to connect to the blade and the fight ahead. Just remember when you ignite that blade or any blade be prepared to use it .. to kill. This will give the best chance you have to win the fight, start here and begin your journey".

As soon as he is ready she will show him the positions of the blade.

Aronis walked in to the center of the platform across from Iella. They would start with Form I: Shii-Cho, The way of the Sarlacc and the most simple of the seven forms. He would learn basics of the form, then potentially move onto another form, later.

He contemplated her instructions for a second, then moved his blade into the ready position, prepared to begin.

As she went through a series of movement, both horizontal and vertical, bringing her arms up to point the blade or across, she spoke. "Use this form for defense, both with blaster bolts and saber strikes, you can actually use this form to wear down an opponent and then when the time is right, you make your attack strike. The positions of your blade are designed to protect the key body zones", she said as she continued the positions over again and again, each time faster. She waited Aronis to do the same.

"Tell me what you think the key body zones might be", she asked as she began to move her feet around the platform. "Don't forget your feet work too, make sure your body is never stationary .. be a moving target".
