Rationale: Jeremy Jadovka came up with the idea and presented it to Neldar Poska. With Neldars establishment, money, and Jeremys expertise, Neldar fronted most of the price to put Jeremy in position of leading a Company. The credit income that fueled Jeremy and this undertaking was due to a massive sale (or freeing) of slaves between Neldar and James. This operation was an idea of much larger ideals within itself in aiding not only Neldar and Jeremy, but the Commonwealth as well. The companies funds still come from Neldar/Golan Arms

Description: ANNIE operates physically on G'rho, with some contracts pertaining to Private Security outside of G'rho but nowhere near to the center of the Galaxy. ANNIE operates and controls its headquarters only, and acts as a high class hotel for specific kinds of patrons, and sometimes, other business officials. With a full contract with The Commonwealth ( [member="Horus"] ), ANNIE operates this facility with full neutrality, giving safe haven to all; no matter faction affiliation, or current standing. No business can be done at this location. Business arrangements can be created, but no business shall be carried out here. This gives every guest Full Immunity while inside. While being backed by a Major Faction, this rule is not dared to be broken, unless the individual wishes to have the force of The Commonwealth target them individually. Even enemies of the Commonwealth can retreat here, but stay costs credits, and those who don't pay, get kicked out. By force, or otherwise. (Building later to be submitted)
While ANNIE is unofficially a Front Organization for Golan Arms, it is operated independently from it and operates dependently with The Commonwealth to ensure 24/7 security and contract agreement. If the agreement between ANNIE and the Commonwealth were to fall, ANNIE could not exist for its designated purpose.
