[SIZE=10.5pt]The corporation was taken Via a Hostile Takeover. [/SIZE] After his near death on Mustafar, Tyranus came back to mustafar to claim the facility he saw. He slayed the small security unit here and killed Ragnor himself with a single stab of a lightsaber. Tyranus took over the Facility and Corporation with a private security unit that he once commanded during a Mandalorion domination and during a attack on the Red Ravens. Tyranus then renovated the facility on the ground to serve his needs and the needs of the one sith along with making a contention of underground rooms fro himself personally which contains a meditation room,

[SIZE=10.5pt] The Exact date the AIIC wad formed is [/SIZE]unknown[SIZE=10.5pt] but most believe that is was created during the Galactic Empire era in roughly 11BBY. From recorded records it is stated that a High-Ranking [/SIZE]Imperial[SIZE=10.5pt] General by the name of Gordan Munis gave the order to build a large facility upon Mustafar to increase spaceship production and to try and create an alternative to the Stormtroopers. Within a few years of it's creation, Darth Vader with a large company of stormtroopers came to Mustafar due to hints of a betrayal coming around. The Facility was ransacked and everybody was killed. Stormtroopers along with scientists and workers were sent to the Facility once it was repaired to [/SIZE]continue[SIZE=10.5pt] the previous owner's work but for the Empire which is when the Cloning [/SIZE]process[SIZE=10.5pt] began and cloning [/SIZE]equipment[SIZE=10.5pt] and tubes began to get shipped from Kamino to Mustafar.[/SIZE]
Moff ( Governor ) Muntis Conius took control over the Mustafar System and personally oversaw the research and development of the facility. After 4ABY two imperial star destroyers were sent to Mustafar along with a large containment of stormtroopers to protect the valuable data upon the Facility now know as, Extremis Exodus Experimenta Facility. The point of the Facility now was to try and produce a powerful droid army and to make a powerful Star Destroyer that was only in it's prototype stage at that time. The Rebels get leaked information about what is upon Mustafar and attacked in. This was known as the Raid of Mustafar but strangely it was never officially documented. The Rebels ransacked the facility and a few patrols of rebels remained here.
After many, and many years Ragnor Finus came into control of the facility and began to repair it along with stealing technology from local crimelord's and governor's to make the facility as it used to be, but better. The stolen information was eventually recovered once Ragnor did pay a large price for it and a spacestation began to be built. After 3 years the space station was completed. The Facility contains three large spaceship hangers along with two massive spaceship bays to create the ships and it contains a wide variety of conveyor belts and large droid arms to build the ships together. The spacestation contains one large spaceship hanger and one massive spaceship bay containing many conveyor belts, droid arms to build ships and a precise laser cutter to cut precise symbols in ship plating. The facility on the ground also contains the magma facilities as to harness the magma into a type of unlimited powersource upon the planet except it is hard to maintain the magma wells due to costs. Their is also a large magma dam where a large waterfall of magma occurs as to harness the magma kind of like hydropower now known as magmapower with the new use of the dam.
