  • Name: Offshoot 341 [Colloquially known as Void Seers]
  • Designation: Sentient
  • Origins: Arkania
  • Average Lifespan: 140 GSY
  • Estimated Population: Rare
  • Description: A pale skinned all female Arkanian offshoot species. Their most notable traits are either the black, dark silver, or white hair, that the species all properly maintain. Also the species boast piercing purple eyes.
PHYSICAL INFORMATION
  • Breathes: Type I, Type II
  • Average Height of Adults: 1.8m
  • Average Length of Adults: N/A
  • Skin color: Pale white

Unknowingly to most other species but underneath the circlet that they all wear, is actually a third eye on their forehead. The third eye must be covered during all times, safe for when they are in a secluded chamber onboard a vessel. They are gifted with both a photographic and eidetic memory. Their atttunement is very high to the Force, making the species on average have a much higher midichlorian count compared to other species.
  • Races: N/A
  • Force Sensitivity: All
Strengths:
  • Highly Skilled Force Users once trained.
  • Natural Empaths
  • Knowledgeable- Many Void Seers take up reading up on various cultures across the galaxy. They see it as a form of enlightening one's view of the galaxy, but it also allows for Void Seers to negioate with many other species more easily.
  • Regal and calming presence: Having developed an aristocratic culture, this has allowed for many Void Seers to interact with both High aspects and lower aspects of society.
Weaknesses:
  • Narrow Teachings: While the potential of the Void Seers are grand, they only specialize in certain force powers rather than learning a wide array of them.
  • Decadent: Void Seers heavily rely on their serfs or followers to do mostly everything for them. As a result, Void Seers would have a hard time trying to be self sustaining without their followers.
  • Terrible Melee Combatants
  • Vulnerable To Force Nullification Devices: Can lead to instant death in some circumstances.
  • Can easily be sensed by other Force Users
  • Due to being onboard ships or stations for their entire lives, they struggle to be on planets for extended periods of time, usually at most being on a standard planet for about a week at most.
  • Snobbish: While they interact with the lower eschleons of galactic society, Void Seers loathe it. It can be very trying and could lead to disasterous outbursts.
CULTURE
  • Diet: Ominvore
  • Communication: They communicate via Arkanian or Galactic Basic. But they have the ability to communicate telepathically.
  • Technology level: Galactic Standard
  • Religion/Beliefs: The Void Seers themselves follow no religion. However there is the belief that they have the right to lord over other species and lead them to a prosperous future. The followers of the Void Seers often take the belief that they are serving a deified people, working for them to ensure they are always happy.
  • General behavior:
Designed to be navigators, there is always an innate feeling of being safe and comfortable on being on a ship or a station. The calmness of space has a soothing effect on the Void Seers. While they were still under the yolk of their Arkanian masters, they tended to be docile and obedient. It was only after they achieved their freedom, that began to develop a sense of community amongst themselves. It further developed into something similar to Arkanian superiority, but it came out of the fear of ever being ruled by another species again.

As a result, they view themselves as better to the other species, but will respect people who hold a higher authority, such as nobles, government officials, or to an extent Hutts. They desire the most lavish and extravagent items possible, something befitting of their status. The interior of their ships are combination of palaces and combat vessel.

There is no concept of a childhood for the Void Seer. Each Void Seer is created in a lab via blueprints they stole from their Arkanian masters. Each genome sequence is randomized to avoid becoming clones on the genetic level. They bypass childhood and go directly into adulthood (they come out of the tube at age 18 GSY), with them being trained in their force techniques as soon as possible. Void Seers more inately forge closer ties to other Void Seers if they are apart of the same batch.

Collectively, all Void Seers are apart of House Olearius Banner, which is ruled by the bloodline of the first Void Seer to rebel against the Arkanians named Olleria. The title of Lady is specifically used for the ruler of House Olearius, but she is also referred to as Princess. Beyond that the hierarchy goes as follows.

Heiress/Crown Princess- A Void Seer that has been grown from the DNA of the current leader. No matter their age, they will inherit the House upon the current leader's death.
Countess- Oldest members of the Void Seers, primary advisors to the Heiress and Lady. Often they run Cadet-Branches of House Olearius
Baroness- Standard title for Void Seer members of House Olearius or their Cadet-Branch Houses
Nobile- A title given to brand new Void Seer after they are made. They assume the title of Baron once a Countess accepts them fully into their Cadet House or if the ruling Lady of House Olearius accepts them as a non inheriting member of the House.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION

To continue to satisfy their scientific curiousity, a group of Arkanian technocratic nobles began to experiment with the idea of artifically making Force sensitive species. But rather than use Sith alchemy, they would instead go down a long ardorous path of doing it through genetics. Utilizing force sensitive Arkanians, they began to comb through their genetics to isolate what parts of them made attuned to the Force. It was a long process, with many attempts to isolate the genome to make an all force sensitive species ending in failed experiments. With the abduction of Arkanians, starting to become noticeable they moved their operations out to a remote deep space laboratory. They abductions of non Arkanian force sensitives began to help speed the process along much quicker.

Once the genome was fully isolated, they began to cross it with Arkanian genes to create an offshoot species. Success was not guaranteed it would be many years before the first successful offshoot species was made. Though slightly more mutated than they would have liked, they celebrated their success. From then on, the starbase continued to produce moe of 341, with the technocrats bringing in materials and knowledge to help develop 341's force abilities. That is when it was discovered that the Void Seers had a knack for Instinctive Astrogation, a useful trait for those wanting to explore unknown hyperspace routes across the galaxy.

Due to this, the technocrats began to market them to other members of Arkanian high society as personal navigators. Things seemed well at first but soon 341 began to rebel against their Arkanian masters not wanting to just be indentured servants. 341 had begun to develop and practice other force powers such as Force Sense Mind Trick, Control Mind , Telekinesis , and Drain Knowledge. With these new powers, they broke thier leash from their masters, taking the knowledge and funds they had generated over the years.

341 then used their newly acquired funds to commission a floatilla of ships from Sluis Van, hiring crews as well. Since then, they have all lived on a migrant fleet, developing their own culture, hoping to find purpose in this dangerous galaxy.
