Nothing is known about Arc, which is rumored to be a code name. The only thing known is what he has told people such as he is extremely skilled in hand to hand combat, firearms and as well has various other traits and skills that make him extremely deadly. It is known he has worked for numerous military organizations and received numerous types of training. But getting records of him from anyone has been branded CLASSIFIED and no one is willing to give up information about him. He did however learn numerous force abilities, and has mastered Force Lightning being able too use it as usual and manipulate it, this is supposedly where the name Arc came from.
