- Accessibility: The first floor, is rather accessible to anyone of the Chiss species who was not specifically invited. However, past that, armed guards, fingerprint scanners, and other equipment make sure no intruders attempt to steal anything from the labs.

- Description: APEX Arch-Laboratories is the primary installation on Csilla for research and development for new technology to be manufactured and used by APEX Technologies.
POINTS OF INTEREST
Brae's Quarters: Brae's quarters lay within the center of the two spires that form the upper layers of the Laboratories. The two story mini-building consists of a smaller upper story which contains Brae's office, the meeting room, as well as a large lobby that also serves as a showroom of her slowly growing collection of rare items from across the galaxy. Below that are her private quarters, a much larger single room apartment who's ceiling is three stories tall. Great windows look out over the city, and she can often be found staring out of these windows in contemplation.
Advanced Technology Innovation Centers: The ATIC, is the uppermost layers of the corporate buildings and where most of the scientists work long but well paid hours. The ATIC is split into four Centers, Bio-Lab, Advanced Engineering, Material Synthesis, and Arms Oracle.
Economic Offices: The Economic offices are where a majority of the sales are organized and carried out, drafts written up, meetings with other companies or the interested Elite take place, etc. These offices take up most of the building, specifically the center floors.
Manufacturing: The few floors above the 1st floor are primarily manufacturing, producing what the floors above may need for experiments.
The Lobby: The lobby is basically a glorified museum, showing Chiss technology and how through innovation APEX will take the Chiss into the future. This museum has prototypes of their tech for civilians to interact with, at least the tech that is not too dangerous. Brae herself can sometimes be found giving tours.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The concept of privatization was something that many of the Chiss scientists did not appreciate, and most of them quite soon after Brae came into power. So she decided to show that the future was not as dark as they may assume. So she ordered the construction of this grand, decorative, and elaborate structure to show the economic and potential might of APEX. The design was so to rejuvenate the spirit of the Chiss people that had been broken not so long ago.
Upon its final construction, he found the same scientists who scorned Brae before came flocking to her with this new potential. State of the art labs, and nearly autonomous manufacturing floors, things certainly are looking up.
