Gerra is Grand Consort of the Hapes Consortium. Aurellia is the Queen Mother. These days the Hapans have returned to their roots: piracy.

The Arsenians are looking for anything to give them a strong foothold in the galaxy, since they're still sorta new to the galaxy. So trade, mercenaries and selling of military weapons are on the table.
