Public And the Dives Keep Coming (Witches, Criminals)

It’s just tequila and the beach
The hunt was constantly going on, the hunt for more information about the ancient kingdoms. The galaxy was always in flux, always growing, always changing. That was what brought Brooke around lately. She was the Farseeker and working to overturn the legends and myths. The Nautilos was good for logging the data and storing the books. She had so many scrolls and spellbooks, some she understood, some she didn’t.

Her knowledge of the spells and the Force was growing by each new trove she uncovered. And today’s trove? A water moon, that was the in an ownership clan between a settlement of Karkarodons and another of Mon Calamari. Water going vessels at war, and some were targeting the ships that were landing over head.

“LOCATION CONFIRMED, TEMPLE ON THIRD ISLAND.”
Came the voice of her ship as it landed.

Others would be finding this world, whether they came was up to them. But Brooke could feel the battle going on in the Force. The blonde shared the knowledge of the old ways that she found with any of the Clans that would listen. It was the inheritance of all witches. As for this trip? A few went ahead and secured a few vessels for the world, realizing the anomaly around the island prevented too much high-technology from landing too close.

“Farseeker Waters.” Nodded a witch from the Mountain Clan. Brooke returned the nod and bow. She stepped aboard the vessel. It was an old transport vessel, but now loaded with Witches, heading for the center island.

And with the blasters and explosions? They were going to need them all. Grabbing the new focus she found, an enchanted knife from the last stopover she made, she began whispering a spell to summon a fog bank.

“Move through the fog.”
She ordered, as one of her own clan was at the helm.

A skirmish between two species over resources, a Witch stronghold caught in the middle, mercenaries and witches can find work galore.

"Mother Xeraic, why do you have to be the one that is heading on this mission?" A young witch from the Xeraic Clan, the clan that Dreidi had begun to build up once again, having been forgotten for a couple of generations due to her family leaving Dathomir in pursuit of other paths. Her presence back on Dathomir was allowing those of her clan to begin their rise once again. "This could be dangerous and you are the head of our clan now."

Dreidi placed a hand on the shoulder of the young witch and chuckled, "if I refused to head into danger then I would not be the leader our clan needs. I am always going to be too bold and stubborn to avoid a need for our help or the discovery of some new available artefacts." Dreidi spoke with a soft but firm voice. Then the witch teleported out of the room, heading towards the ship that was awaiting her arrival.

It had been a while since Dreidi had gotten on a mission that wasn't for the Jedi, or based in High Republic space. It was odd in a pleasing manner to be wearing her Dathomir attire while having her weapons strapped to her person, ready to use them when necessary. Less for decoration, as had become more custom for her on Naboo and on Dathomir. There was rarely a fight where she felt draw to taking part in now. Focused more on her studies, archiving and collection of history. The Enclave was her home and she wanted it to reflect her desire to know more of Dathomir and her history.

So, anything about the long Witch Kingdoms was always going to be of great interest to Dreidi.

Dreidi moved silently, having learned to quieten her steps without having to break her stride or slow her movements. It had taken time but a rushed silent movement had many benefits from Dreidi's experience.

"Brooke?" Dreidi whispered out into the fog as she saw and felt a familiar presence in the distance.
