Lightsaber Pike
The lightsaber pike is composed of a length of lightsaber-resistant phrik alloy with a short, thick lightsaber blade on the end. In total, the weapon is approximately as tall as its owner. It is primarily defensive in nature though it can deliver a powerful thrusting attack because of the increased leverage it provides.
Emphasis and Style
The primarily use of the lightsaber pike emphasizes taking advantage of the range of the weapon and keeping out of tight quarters where the advantages of the weapon are lost. The use of the phrik handle allows for solid defense as well, especially at close quarters.

Emphasis and Style

- The phrik handle allows superior defense when the enemy is close and cannot thrust effectively.
- The long handle creates improved leverage which enables power in attacks.
- The range also makes it difficult to defend against stabbing attacks.
- The length requires an open area to wield the weapon effectively and close quarters can be fatal to a pike wielder.
- Much like the double-blade, positioning is confined by the shape of the weapon, making movements awkward and sometimes impossible.
- Transitioning from thrusting to slashing is slow and clumsy.
