Am I in yet?

Darth Naefas looked about the ship that he was aboard. It was a powerful Sith Lord's ship, not his, but it didn't really bother him. This Sith had no reason to strike him down, if anything, he would surely pledge his allegiance to her, serve her to the best of his abilities, and use her to better himself. That was the plan anyway.

And when the Sith Knight saw, @[member="Kära Vi'dreya"] the Sith Lord that would help him strengthen his own mental powers within the Force. To defend and attack others was a strength Arvis wanted to pursue in, it would be one way he could overcome multiple enemies at once.

Until then he would have to be content with learning the beauty of Mind Tricks, and other variations of the ability. Force Fear was something that was interesting to him, but he'd rather break someone indefinitely.

Kära stood upon the bridge of the Judgement in deep thought, her gaze set out across the stars which lit and guided her way. It was so peaceful, ordered and beautiful out in space, and she appreciated the lengths of time she spent up here, away from the politics of the Galaxy at large. It was all so petty and unneeded, so much so that for the most part the Sith Lady disregarded it all. Peace and Order could not be achieved through such means, the way the Jedi and company sought to bring it. Life was chaotic, that was irrefutable. The sooner this was accepted the better. That's not to say order could not be achieved, in fact it was a life long desire of hers to create order throughout the Galaxy at large.

A request had come through some time ago, from a Knight following the ways of the Sith. He had asked for a meeting, and some possible training - of course the latter depended on how she took to him. The intent of an individual was a powerful determiner, and as a Knight she figured many of his habits were already deep-rooted, difficult to alter. If he was serious enough about learning from her then perhaps he could be malleable enough to understand the vast complexities of the mind and mentalism at large. The permission was granted for his ship to land within one of the more secure hangars the star destroyer had to offer. Four of her Shadow Guard were waiting to escort the Sith Knight through the ship to the bridge where she awaited.

When the turbolift which brought him to the well-ordered bridge rang out she turned slowly from the viewing port. None of her men turned to stare, they all kept to their work. It was as if their visitor was invisible, but not in a negative way. Her crew knew their tasks, and nothing would divert them from it save her express command, she had raised them herself, trained them into such obedience. It reflected well, given how swift and efficiently the ship was managed. The young woman appeared little more than a child before Naefas, as she usually did. But the deception, however unintentional it might have been, ran deep. It had proven useful many-a-time, and it would not fail her today, of that she was certain. If Naefas had been expecting someone spectacular in appearance he would be sorely mistaken.

The Umbaran lifted her gaze to settle them upon his. "Lord Syphex..." she remarked, effortlessly slipping his name from the frontal area of his mind before he could fully register her presence there. "Welcome aboard the Judgement." Her gaze trailed from the Sith before her to a young boy waiting in the shadows. For one so young he showed no fear despite the sight of Naefas, and his obedience was as impeccable as the rest of the crew. Without needing her words to direct him the boy hurried off, sorting out one of the guest chambers to ensure Naefas would be comfortable during his stay. He also set off a chain of messages for a bath to be prepared alongside a meal in one of the lesser chambers. "If you require anything, do not hesitate to ask. Now, I do believe you require my assistance with something?"

With that the young woman gestured for him to follow as she set off across the bridge and through a blast door. Even in her absence the crew worked at full efficiency. Through the ship she led him, until they reached a lounge-like area. "Sit if you wish, but do not feel obliged. Now, speak freely."

The Sith Knight's eyes were held by the Sith Lord ahead of him. She was small, certainly, but her power in the Force was that of a Titan. And it was evident her power was supreme when out of the peripherals of his eyes, he saw no heads turn to look at him. Nor did he feel any eyes upon his back. Indeed...She was powerful. And she knew i-

He heard a name that was long dead to him. Arvis Syphex. A name that he upon occasion used as an alias. His outrage at the suddenness of her entering his mind, and his slowness of a reaction was all evident through the Force. Though he said nothing except to stop in front of her. "Thank you." He said kindly, after her greeting him aboard her ship. He heard the sound of feet upon the floor, though he didn't move to look.

She asked him a question, though he didn't reply at first, instead she was directing him through her ship, and he followed, and just as they left the bridge his helmet was in his hand as they walked. There would be no need for it here, at least for now. "I do." Was his only response, and they entered into a lounging area.

It was nice, he had to say, for a war ship that is, and when he sat down with the Sith Lord he composed his thoughts and said. "I understand you are a Master of the Mental side of the Force." He started out, it was quite obvious what he wanted now, wasn't it? "I want you to mentor me, if you would have that is, my Lord." He said with a slight inclination of his head. She was a woman, but Lord was a genderless title in the Sith.

She could sense the disdain in his mind from what she had done, but truly she did not care: she knew precisely why he was here, even though he had yet to utter the words, and he had to know from the start how much of a risk this could be if he didn't put his whole mind into the cause. It was no use acting in halves where mentalism was concerned, that would only land you in a world of trouble. The thank you almost had her laughing, but she had more grace than to do that.

And finally they were in the room, and he took the seat without issue. Good, she so did hate it when people did not make themselves at home - especially when they were to be remaining with her for any length of time. "Perhaps; our knowledge of the mind is ever growing, and with it so too is mentalism." She had been working on perfecting her mind since she was a tiny child, however, which had given her a prominent slot amidst its greater practitioners.

For a moment she said nothing, then from behind the behemoth of a man came the same child as earlier. His bow was all it took for her to understand. Flicking her gaze back to Naefas she smiled a little. "There is a bath and a clean set of robes waiting for you in your quarters, he will show you the way." With that she gestured to the boy. "We shall discuss this properly over supper, I understand you've been travelling a while. This vessel is difficult to tie down. Until then."

And with that she turned to walk away, leaving him to be led to one of the larger suites the ship had to offer.

Darth Naefas watched the Sith Lord leave the lounging area and he frowned slightly. Though he stood up anyway, and when he lifted up his arm to beckon the child to continue his duty and show Arvis his way to his chambers, the child was already on his way. A smart child, by all means, the Syphex realized as he followed after the child through the corridors of the ship. He knew when to move, probably knew when to speak, though to the other slaves, Darth Kyros didn't need to here the kid speak undoubtedly.

She would try to understand me better. He came to the conclusion as the child stopped in front of a blast door, and when Naefas walked up to it, it slid open with a silent *whoosh* and he walked in with only the smallest of nods to the child. He could only suppose that the child was the Sith's greatest servant, for he did everything, if he guessed that it was the same child upon the bridge. And when he explored the room of the ship, he found the bath, already prepared for him with a set of fresh robes for him at the door.

Once he had been rested for a long enough time, the Sith had dried, dressed, and prepared himself for the dinner with the @[member="Lady Kyros"]. The Master of the Mental aspect of the Force, he could only assume that it would begin tomorrow. And just as he exited the doors to his guest chambers, the child was there again, seemingly unmoving and when he took note of the Sith Knight, he began walking to where he and the Sith Lady would eat.

[Sorry for a late reply; busy weekend]

Kära was stood waiting behind the chair which marked the head of the table. A few others were likewise waiting, such as the Head of her Shadow Guard and Bladeborn Legion, alongside other senior officials aboard the ship. When Naefas entered she inclined her head towards the Knight. The other individuals bowed, however, more than aware of Sith Supremacy in comparison to themselves. Gesturing him to a seat she turned her gaze across the men. "It is, as ever, a pleasure to host supper." Without another word she gestured them all to seat themselves, and only once each present member was sat did she herself do so also.

The food was then brought in and arranged upon the table, allowing everyone present to choose what they wished. It was for the most part a wholehearted meal, full of nutrients without being over the top. Humble, one might have described it as, yet just as tasty as the finer delicacies the Galaxy had to offer. Turning her sights across to the Sith she pondered him for a moment, not yet touching the food. "How long will you be remaining here with us?" she inquired, before turning her sights from him to ladle out some broth into her bowl.

The little child servant brought him into the hall with, @[member="Lady Kyros"] and her most important officers upon the ship. Though he only had eyes for the other Sith, and he bowed to her shortly when he passed the threshold, and then inclined his head ever so slightly to her officers.

He took his seat as close to the Sith as the seating would allow. He figured she would have questions for him, and it'd be better to speak to her the closer they were. Despite her being a Master of the Mental aspect of the Force, she could just tear it out of his mind without him even realizing. They could even have a whole conversation just mentally, but Naefas couldn't do that, not yet. He was only upon that calibre with his previous Master and brother-in-arms, Darth Avara who had become shrouded by the Force.

While he sat, all those thoughts moved through his mind and he figured she heard them all, though if he did acknowledge, there was only the faintest signs of a smirk that said he knew what everyone was thinking, despite not really knowing a thing. It was all about outward appearances, at least to her senior officials.

Once he had filled his plate neatly with the foods, his golden gaze met hers when the words were uttered and he said, "as long as I will be accepted." He said without hesitation. "However, until my abilities are at their peak, I think." He finished. "How long have you been upon the Judgement, my lady?"

She settled her gaze across to the Sith when he entered. "This is Lord Naefas" she said, using the appropriate term that her Officers ought to use when addressing him, should they have need. She did not hand out the name of the Officers, she doubted he had time for such. For now she did not eat, instead observing how her Officers dealt with another Sith in the room, and likewise how Naefas dealt with having so many high standing non-Force users around a table with him. Soon you will realise that even those lacking our gift have their use and importance, Naefas, she said into his mind, so as not to insult those at her table. Treat them with the correct amount of respect and you will find that some can hold uses that even our kind cannot. Do not allow your pride or superiority complex cloud your judgement.

She knew how it was with many Sith, and despite the fact that she was younger than most she had learnt at a very young age how to act cordial around all manner of beings. It opened doors which would otherwise be locked, even to a Force User. This was over in a moment, and instead she replied to him verbally. "You may remain as long as you deem sufficient, and will have free access to and from the vessel provided you come alone. This has been my vessel since I was fourteen years old, a Knighthood gift from the Emperor at the time." Where said Emperor, her Father, was right now was a mystery to even she. But she did not hold any attachment to Family, nor had she ever, so it did not bother her so much as what he might have been plotting... Time would surely tell.

Darth Naefas remained quiet while she spoke within his mind. It wasn't something that he was used to, telepathy, she was the second person who he had ever allowed into his mind. Not that she needed his permission. She was a Sith Lord, and he was her Knight evidently. He would serve her well enough he figured. I always treat servants with enough respect. It is something that I have instilled in my own Apprentice. He said throughout their mental link. He never underestimated the value of a non-force user, they all had their uses. When he respected them enough and showed them just enough kindness for them to not betray him...Well you got their loyalty in return. What servants I do have in my service do not over step their bounds.

The Sith Knight watched his soon to be mental mentor and listened to her words that she uttered aloud. "Good. I should think it wouldn't be possible to do what I wanted within a few months." And then he thought over his words. Perhaps if they had down it without sleep, it would have been possible for Arvis to achieve Mastery over the aspect of the Force that he was seeking. But those would have been days that would have been painful, long and non-stop. Surely not the best idea. "When do you think we may begin, my lady?"
