Description: A rarely seen weapon in the past, the First Order gathered the technology necessary to create the Solar Ionization Cannons for these Walkers. A devastating weapon on the battlefield against durasteel constructs, the ionization cannon is still a dangerous weapon to other metals, superheating various metals well beyond the point that would keep occupants safe. Despite being incapable of melting other strong metals such as durasteel, the ionization cannon was still capable of cooking the occupants within a metal hull of most, if not any metal.

The cannon outfitted for use as a long-range weapon, it wasn't entirely inaccurate at close ranges, but its relatively long recharging cycle left it wanting an escort, as after firing the ionization cannon, the heavy laser cannons fired depleted bolts, more akin to light laser cannons and weapons that were previously capable of punching holes through medium armoured vehicles were now barely harming them.

The serrated leg armour stems from bits and pieces of historical lessons. Whereas past walkers from centuries ago could have their legs movements restricted, thus causing them to fall to the earth and thus being unusable, when cables tighten around the serrated legs, they're cut and thus allow the ealker to continue unhindered.

The vehicle itself sports multiple systems to better allow it to perform it's duty as a long ranged weapon. Typically, if soldiers were to come across a bunker, or another vehicle that was difficult, or nigh impossible to lock on to, the laser assisted targeting works in conjunction with portable laser designators to achieve a target lock.

Hi there, I'd like a little bit of expansion in the description. If you'd be able to specifically detail the above in the description as to their use and reasoning, we should be able to move forward from there.

Explained the reasoning as to the purpose of serrated leg armour and the ourpose of laser-assisted targeting. Also, dropped the hyperlink from the latter as I cane to realize it doesn't do what I had previously thought.

However, the other technologies uses are quite clearly laid out in the hyperlinked articles.
