With the threats in the core growing, the CDF commissioned for a dedicated slugger that would become the bulwark of the CDF fleet. Thus the Watchtower was born.
Serving as a beacon of hope, this ship was commissioned to last as long as possible, get there fast in a straight-line and deliver maximum firepower against any threats to Corellian Sovereignty.
Built to be on par with Sith and Imperial designs, she boasts all her weapons on Octuple Batteries, enabling her to fire massive amounts of ordinance in succession.
In addition she used the same automated network system as all other Corellian Contemporary models. The Automated system help determine targeting, power level distribution and run critical system, enabling the command crew to run the ship by terminal or by voice command alone.
She can be locked down form the bridge with bio metric access, denying any other system the ability to operate independently. This stops boarding parties from taking over critical systems and interfering with the vessel.
The final cap in her crown is a dedicated system of double bulwarks, airlocks and Defense turrets emplaced in the floors, walls and ceiling to help repel boarders.
Overall she serves the purpose she is built for, to be the War Horse of the fleet.
