The Viral Vector S is marketed as a single use capsule that greatly enhances strength. It is part of a genetic therapy program developed by Arctis Genetics.

Vector S uses a viral vector to insert increased amounts of follistatin along with IGF-1 into a living being. The follistatin works as an inhibitor to myostatin, which is in turn an inhibitor to muscle growth. Decreasing the amount of myostatin allows the IGF-1, insulin-like growth factor, to take effect. This can increase the muscle mass by up to 17%, rendering the subject 27% stronger.

Clinical trials have found that the drawbacks is a decrease in overall endurance.
