So, I know we've got the Factory for companies, which has its own tier system.

But what about creating a system for advancement within the business/tech side of the Techno Union? Obsidians, Spynet, Military has ranks. Would it be something for the capitalists as well?

Make it project based, in conjunction with factory, to double dip.
