[ ARMOR COMPONENTS ]
  • Advanced Combat Helmet: The most versatile piece of the Hussar armor is the intricately designed combat helmet. The helmet itself has a high amount of modularity, allowing for leaps and bounds in user customization along with adding an extra layer of external military modification to better suit the combat scenario no matter whatever the enemy may throw at the user. The helmet utilizes a circular, ring-esque disc that is inserted into the back of it below a hard flap of metal that covers it and protects it. This ring disc carries on it a basic, 'dumb' artificial intelligence. This artificial intelligence allows for combat assistance and the breakdown of the battle around the user with an added flair of personality. A 'dumb' AI is an artificially created intelligence with a personality that is assigned a number of tasks that it can do and nothing else, it does these said tasks exceptionally well yet nothing else due to firewalls and built-in restrictions to limit the capabilities of the AI.
  • The helmet's visor is tripled paned in ballistic-fiber glass. Ballistic fiber, or simple carbon fiber is laced over each pane of the visor to strengthen overall resistance and strength of the visor. The three-paned visor design, or simple the 'Three-V' design helps to insure lack of shrapnel damage to the user's eyes at least mostly, along with an insurance policy of anti-flash lens and detection through smoke to identify enemies and to get an edge over enemies.
  • Multi-layer Body Armor: The armor utilizes a multi-layer body armor set, segmenting pieces of armor into different layers. This type of classification helps to differentiate different pieces easily along with allowing increased survivability of the armor. Because of the segmented layers, each layer can be locked into other another with interlocking plates, forming a cohesive piece of armor that all blends into one singular ballistic layer instead of the many layers that make it. With this multi-layer system, standard weaponry such as tibanna based weapons and slug based weapons have a harder time breaching the armor plating.
  • Solar Ionization Generator: The Hussar armor makes use of a solar ionization generator. This generator helps to power the suit well beyond the capabilities of a standard power cell, making the armor effectively self-sufficient as long as it is in contact with rays of solarized energy emitted from stellar bodies of burning hydrogen gas. These generators allow for the Hussar armor to remain quiet in terms of power generation, along with helping to allow the armor to remain in stealth easily without tachyon particles being visible as is the case with hypermatter annihilation reactors and other conventional power generators.
  • Bacta Auto-injection System: The Hussar armor makes use of an automatic bacta-injection system. This system is directly linked to the dumb AI system, allowing for the artificial intelligence to scan the user's body, both internally and externally for injures. After the scanning, the AI will scan for levels of 'pain' within the nervous system, looking for 'red areas' which are classified as injured areas on a scale from minorily injured to greatly injured. There are three categories of identified red areas, if the AI detects injuries in the middle area, bacta will be injected in small doses...anything higher, and larger doses of bacta will be injected to compensate for the pain.
  • Stealth Suite: The Hussar for all intents and purposes is a covert-operations armor for behind enemy lines. Because of this, the armor makes use of algorithm generated voice scramblers and communications networks. This scrambling of communications, paired with the reflective coating of the reflec polymer, helps to ensure communications that are nigh untraceable and nearly impossible to decipher. In line with this, the polymer coating is laced with a chemical solution of cool liquid that is dielectric, which helps to allow for more transparency with radars, thus making the armor less visible to radars overall. Although not one-hundred percent perfect, it creates slight signatures on radars yet such slight changes are not visibly picked up as a threat...they are picked up as a device error in more cases than none.
[ Strengths ]
  • | Reflec Camouflage Coating | Reflec polymer coating allows for the armor to remain hidden on many conventional and standard sensors, especially when standing still. On particularly advanced scanners, small distortions of the armor can be picked up, of course, no camouflage is perfect. However, such distortions are little and of little significance, appearing merely as bugs in the system instead of what they truly are.
  • | AI Assisted | The user of the armor is assisted by a 'Dumb Artificial Intelligence,' A 'dumb' AI is an artificially created intelligence with a personality that is assigned a number of tasks that it can do and nothing else, it does these said tasks exceptionally well yet nothing else due to firewalls and built-in restrictions to limit the capabilities of the AI. It helps to extend the capabilities of the user ten-fold, and can even take over more systems than it is allowed to...only with the biometric, vocal allowance of the armor's bio metrically-keyed used of course.
  • | Resistance to Ion Weapons | An Ion mesh covering is overlayed across the entire armor, below the layer of reflec polymer coating. Both of these layers combined help to shield the armor from ion weaponry, protecting crucial systems from ionic damage. Despite such things however, their is a glaring problem in the case of electronic warfare used against the army...a simple way to damage the armor, yet an unconventional one to say the least.
[ Weaknesses ]
  • | Intense Heat | The armor utilizes a multitude of compounds and alloyed metals, increasing the overall strength and durability of the materials utilized in this suit. However, because of utilized alloys, the chemical composition of the armor is weak, the alloys have a weaker chemical composition and heat tolerance than typical pieces of armor. With such things, comes the fall from grace. Under intense pressures of heat, such as thyrsian solar weapons, the armor can begin to cook the user who is inside of the armor...melting the armor as it does so, burning flesh underneath.
  • | Sonic Weapons | Sonic weapons are a rare tool to see on the field of battle, few such weapons exist and what few weapons are available are outdated. Thus, no protection was given against sonic weapons. The GWS believed sonic weapons were not used galaxy-wide, and believed such an investment would just be a mere waste of money more than anything else truly. What little protection the armor offers is little in comparison to the magnitude of sonic weapons, leaving the user wide open to attack by such sonic weaponry.

Hello! I'll be working on this sub for you, so thank you in advance for being patient with me.

I have a few questions regarding your weaknesses:

The first deals with your Reflec, etc: could you specify what types of sensors it baffles, and what could be used to identify a wearer while they're utilizing it? Is it visible to the naked eye? Could someone using the Force sense them? This is almost to the point where I'd ask it be changed to Semi-unique as it stands.

In terms of Ion/EMP resistance, it can resist a very high amount of electrical interference, but it would probably still cycle or lose functionality if exposed to a great enough interference- could you add something about that into the strength so that it's not completely impervious?

This last piece is nitpicky, but to my knowledge Bacta doesn't treat for pain, it just heals wounds at a miraculous rate. You might want to find something else to inject to suspend their pain sensitivity or increase their threshold for it. I'm definitely not going to ask you to change that if you don't want to.
