Intent: A personal undersuit/armorweave like armor undersuit
Development Thread: Log: 113-A , Log: 113-B
Manufacturer: Yun'Do Shaper Caste, Reverance
Model: N/A
Affiliation: Personal
Modularity: No- only able to be added to other systems of armor but can not itself be altered.
Production: Unique
Material: Adriel Ooglith biot contained inside a Bonack'gul biot located at both femur bones, radius and ulna on both sides, both coxal bones in pelvis, ribs 3, 7, 9 and 10 on both sides, and both scapula, and the frontal bone of the skull.
Classification: Multipurpose
Weight: 5 kg
Quality: 6
Special Features:

Strengths:

  • Lightsaber Resistant(only to a few strikes, no more than three to five in the same area before the Adriel Ooglith retreats to heal)

  • Blaster Resistant

  • Blade Resistant

  • Able to heal itself over a period of 12-36 hours from 25% functionality to full functionality

  • Able to heal Ijaat over the same period of time from most wounds

  • With the above, the more damage, the more time to heal, the less damage, the less time to heal

Weaknesses:

  • Any strike against the Adriel Ooglith is felt, amplified by 30%, by the wearer as if it were his own flesh and blood being hit

  • Must have steady concentration to converse with and influence AI or tech, the more distracted, the longer the operation takes, with the danger of (with the AI) the alien intelligence becoming melded to/lodged with the wearer's

  • 2-3 seconds to manifest biot from within 'bones' where it is stored

  • Extreme and almost debilitating pain from manifesting Adriel Ooglith from within 'bones'

  • Increased and necessary metabolism. Decreased intake of food will cause a weakened state to the host, increasing susceptibility to disease and sickness. (Caloric intake alone would triple on just a average non-combat day-to-day)

-'Technomantic' Abilities-

Strengths:
  • Able to quickly 'read' any technological device and gain an understanding of it's functions and form
  • Able to control said device by thought
  • Able to slice or alter said device (or give/issue commands) as if a moderately experienced slicer/designated operator/owner with full suite of tools

Weaknesses:
  • Must maintain physical contact or restart 'reading' of device
  • Must maintain moderate to complete concentration during reading and any other technomancy
  • Causes a building headache the longer he concentrates, will only be minor to moderate during process itself but afterwards can be as severe as a light-blinding migraine
  • The more complex the system/device, the longer the touch and concentration must be maintained
  • Any break of contact or concentration restarts the process entirely.
Description:
After his duel with the Vong King, Ijaat lay broken, his armor mostly in ruins and destroyed. Perhaps as a cruel joke, or a lesson of the price of pain, Reverance left him alive and in the care of Vong shapers, instructing them to use him for whatever experiment they wished. His only instructions were that they make him something more worthy of his time if he survived their testing.

The Shapers evacuated him from Adumar to an unknown facility in Selvaris territory and conducted many experiments on both his nervous system and musculo-skeletal system, adding experimental biots that would cover his body in a glove of a light armorweave like substance in a yellow-gold color that provided minimal protection against various forms of assault, but actually enabled the mind of the subject to link to the systems of a custom designed armor like a typical Mandalorian might wear and control it by thought alone, with enough training with the process. One could also fuse their mind with that of the conciousness of an AI for a truly fearsome intelligence, or just a constant companion only a thought away.

This influence also extended to to things like droids, repulsor-craft and other tech, able to often bypass many security routines with ease because of it's unique bio-signature in transmission, although direct touch of the item being influence is required. Honestly the influence over tech seems to be stronger the simpler the tech is, and the full extent of it is not known, but one could assume Ijaat could now be rated proficient as a moderately skilled slicer with a full suite of tools at his disposal.

It also provided minimal increases in natural strength, reflexes, endurance and healing factors, by roughly about 50% (this would not stack with Force Powers or External Armor). In his escape of Selvaris, he was reportedly able to meld seamlessly with the Vong-craft and escape after tearing the throats out of at least three vong all with his bare-hands, before they really even had time to react or counter his vicious assault.

So, to clarify, this gives you a wide array of tools to make slicing easier, not simply a mechu-deru substitute, correct? (By which I mean, not instantaneous access/control to electronics such as droids and such)

[member="Lily Kirsche Kuhn"] - Instantaneous control or access, no m'am. This was hard to figure out how to word. It requires touch (said force power does not). The more complex the machinery or piece of equipment, the longer it takes to figure it out/map it and gain access to influence it. And if it's something he is intimately familiar with, like say his own personal ship, it would speed up the process.

Think of it like being able to speed read an operators manual and then photographically recall it (while the touch is active, once the contact is broken the process starts over again). The influence is the neat bit, as instead of hitting buttons on the separate consoles of a droid, or adjusting aim on a vehicle he can touch it, study it (the longer the quicker the influence and the more complete control) an then control it all from that one touch. But if physical contact is broken, OR he is sufficiently distracted, process starts all over.

I know this is a murky area so i'm more than willing to flex on the how and why and specifics. I'd just like to be able to operate tech by touching it and thinking the commands.
