Description:
The To Vhin is the third incarnation built from the Mythosaur Chassis. The To Vhin is designed to silence an enemy, render their sensors blind, and jam their ability to communicate. The vehicle is more than capable of commanding a battle, or changing the tide on its own. Making use of several ArmaTech vehicle upgrades such as the ACS-403 electromagnetic shielding making it resistant to Ion and EMP weaponry, and the ACS-405 Enhanced Vehicle Sensor Package granting it a significant boost in targeting and sensor range, as well as providing an enhanced communications array the vehicle is nigh unstoppable. It is often regarded as a Walking Ship, which was the intent behind its construction. Featuring mild shields that would be found on a corvette, both particle and ray, the vehicle is resilient. Layered underneath this shield is a thick hide of Duranium-neutronium alloy and Anvilskin Composite-Ceramic provide excellent energy and kinetic protection for the beast. It is hermetically sealed, allowing to operate in any environment, is acid resistant due to the syndite in the ceramic, and has a fully functioning Life support system, just like what would be found on a starship, allowing it to operate for a week in vacuum and a month in any oxygen filled environment. It is amphibious, in the sense that it can be operated underwater, however, due to its weight and size, it will sink like, well a hunk of metal in water, meaning it must walk on the ocean floor. Towering over most trees it can use its foremost legs to knock over trees and obstacles. Despite its size the To Vhin can climb sheer cliffs using its size legs if necessary, and can cover almost all types of terrain.

The To Vhin forgoes conventional weaponry, and instead makes heavy use of Electronic Warfare systems and weapons. It replaced its missile systems to make room for the large, complex electronics that allow it to perform its role. The Main weapon turret has been replaced with a MH-EW07 Conical Full-Spectrum Distortion Projector. The Mythosaurs Dual Heavy Laser Cannons have been replaced with four MH-EW05 Jamming Beam Projectors. These are situated on the shoulders, and each is able to target individually.

It has replaced its defensive weaponry with three MH-EW26 and two MH-EW28 turrets. These provide missile defense for the walker and the surrounding troops, as well as assisting in sensor jamming smaller vehicles like tanks and temporarily disabling smaller vehicles. It’s only lethal weapns are a pair of ACS-203 Hellfire Autocannons mounted on the front and rear of the vehicle, and a pair of ACS-203 Hellstorm Blastercannons mounted under the shoulders. These weapons are capable of being operated by independent droid brains modeled after the Automated Gun Platformhttp://starwarsrp.net/topic/19421-kebiitra-aranar-automated-gun-platform/. Its computer system for its primary computer and fire control systems are independent from its communication systems, as well are its targeting computers and sensory array. The ACS-406 modules and Automated Gun Platform derived droid brains used to control the ACS-203 Hellfire Autocannons are hard wired with electromagnetic shielding (annealed copper mesh over fused crystalline coverings) to their control stations. The auxiliary weapons are powered separately from the main walker, by a Compact fusion drive, as are all of their targeting and small sensor arrays meaning they can remain operational even if the walker itself is rendered inoperable.

It however is not without weakness. Because of its size, losing two of its legs will render it stationary, and being a walker its feet are susceptible to mines. It also is vulnerable from below, allowing enemy troops to get beneath it and fire rockets inside its shields and missile defenses. Its Autocannons can not fire underneath it, giving its weapons a blind spot, though it is difficult to get there in an open battlefield it is fairly easy in a city where the vehicle is slow, plodding, and has trouble taking corners. Other Capital Ship weapons offer it significant dangers, and though it is capable of warding off some aerial attacks, full squadrons are normally able to still complete a successful bombing run on the vehicle. In addition its joints are vulnerable to high velocity kinetic weapons.

Since the To Vhin is meant to be the controller of a battlefield it was important to include several tactical coordinators within the vehicle and make use of an Operations Command Center. This center features a HoloNet Transceiver, advanced communications array, and links to the comm channels used by the troops that it escorts into battle allowing the coordinators to order troops into formations and make them aware of enemy movements. It uses an advanced sensor array to do this, but it is best when able to use the sensor array of an orbiting starship or space station. These communication arrays are independently networked from the actual fire control and primary computer within the To Vhin.

The To Vhin carries a small complement of troops into combat. Troops can disembark via repelling cables from the sides. The majority of its internal space has been replaced with an Eradicator Communications Jammer, able to jam the communications of an entire battlefield, and a frequency jammer normally used to flood enemy communications frequencies with white noise rendering them useless. The weakness to the device is the Frequency jammer must be tuned to enemy frequencies, while the Eradicator effects all communication devices.

This is too much of a weapons load for something this size.

This is how the weapons work out.

I assume this is the smaller of the 2 so 10 capital weapons So this would be 10 capital weapons

So I am treating this like a corvette. Based on the only guide we have currently a Corvette is allowed 8 capital, 4 warhead, 6 defense

I will treat this like a squadron Yes i know they are not as big but this is only 80 meters.

Adding the warhead count to the capital I would say drop 2 MH-EW05 Jamming Beam Projectors

Then as it is limited I would say drop 1 of the MH-EW26 Sensor Scrambler Turrets

this gives you 12/0/14 with 40 troops and what is a squadron of attack vehicles in an 80 meter walker
 
what I've done is dropped the Conical Full-spectrum distorter to a Heavy Jamming Beam Projector. Should drop my numbers to 6, 0, and 14 respectively.

This is nearly 4 x the size of an AT-AT largest type of ground vehicle in star wars and really overarmed.

And this is has no dev.

You have two options; Heavily edit this and bring it down to unique and remove half of your advanced systems and weapons.

or do a 50 post dev thread for how it is currently.

Based the whole set off these, The first of which was several times larger than an AT-AT (Albeit Aquatic Only). Second was only slightly bigger but from the picture had well over twice the armament, carried 60 troops and 3 AT-ST sized vehicles.

I suggest canning this. Unique production for something meant to draw fire isn't gonna work out, and I can http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Mobile_Defense_Unit to do what I want for it without having to put all my eggs in one basket.

This is 1/5 the size, half the weapons, and not even close to the systems.

Toning it down in size, half the weapons, and similar systems would work best. But for this at limited with all the items you want will need the dev for it.

If you want me to archive though, I can.
