Strengths:

 • Aquatic Mobility: The ABS Dive Suit was designed to be incredibly mobile and agile underwater. This means that any who use the suit can move around freely and make complex movements that would not be possible for normal diving equipment.

 • Resilient: The ABS Dive Suit was made using silicar which makes it highly resilient. The suit can withstand temperatures that the wearer can not without suffering negative effects such as brittleness or cracking. It is also able to withstand the increasing pressure the deep one dives. This means the user can dive as deeply as their body can withstand.

Weaknesses:

 • Clunky: The ABS Dive Suit is very agile underwater, but it is not that way on land. The suit was designed completely for aquatic movement and so suffers from being rather awkward on land. This is due in part ot the underwater propelling system built onto the back of it making its weight distribution difficult to adjust to.

 • Combat: The ABS Dive Suit is made out of silicar so it is easily damaged by the kind of impact damage typical in combat. Harpoons and slug rounds can easily punch through the suit.
Description:
RID did some research into the dive suits that are available on the market after they figured out how to create an artificial gill. What they found was that none did exist at the time, so a new line of equipment was created. The ABS Dive Suit was designed to fulfill the missing niche of no diving equipment. It took some time, but eventually a design that could excel was figured out.

The ABS Dive Suit base was made by creating a leather layer and covering it with a silicar lining. The leather was chosen to help provide additional thermal insulation along with the silicar to protect the wearer from the cold of the waters they were sure to spend time in. The silicar liner was created out of thin scales overlapping each other in the same way that it scales on many natural aquatic creatures would. This offers the suit protection from environmental hazards and greatly reduces water resistance.

The ABS Dive Suit was then given silicar plates and shells covering up the leather with silicar lining layer. The plates and shells were shaped to provide as little water resistance as possible to further increase aquatic agility. This also provides it protection from both elemental hazards, impact, and the increasing pressure the further one dives. The suit was designed so that as much of it is covered in silicar as possible for those reasons. An aquatic propelling system was built onto the back. This allows for increased mobility by propellers giving the wearer increased speed and easier travel while underwater.

The ABS Dive Suit was given an artificial gill built into the helmet to allow unlimited underwater breathing while diving. The rest of the helmet was created much the same way as the rest of the suit. Leather was used for comfort and thermal insulation and then covered in a silicar shell. A silicar lens was then used to create the rest of it. This was done to provide the same protections as the silicar plates and shell used on the rest of the body. A lights were then attached to allow to allow for vision underwater.

The ABS Dive Suit was given an assortment of features via the electronic components added into it. It was given the same echo location mapping system that is present in the HE helmet to allow for mapping when exploring underwater caves and sunken structures. A com system was built in so that the wearer can continue to get messages and communicate with others while underwater. A holoprojector was added that could be moved to which ever wrist is primary for the wearer. It can project all of the information on the helmet to allow for it to be shared with others. The helmet was also designed so that the lens can move back for while the wearer is outside of the water in the suit. To finish off the features it is able to be shaped to any body type and head type to allow for any race to be able to use the suit.
