Modeled off of the speeders found on the outer rim worlds and that were pricey. Compared to some with more expensive materials and supply and demand. The One Sith with Krayt saw the need for a good product and developed a similar speeder cheap for their people to use as needed. The AA speeder is faster, slightly stronger then a normal speeder providing for the ones who use it the ability to submerge and operate underwater for periods of time (restricted by their oxygen tank sold separately). Its cannon modified for underwater as well as land use and nearly all excess weight shaved off with minimal cargo capacity and transport capabilities. It is still considered a prototype and use of it is restricted to One Sith military and people on trial runs.
